Have had many delicious meals from here but this time was very disappointed, got our food home only to discover we didn't get all of our order that we were charge for order 4 pineapples rings charged for 4 but only received 2, Tried to call multiple times only to get hung up on or an automated mailbox was full message. Then we started eating and our potato scallops were very under cooked the potato was almost raw. The fish on the otherhand was cooked lovely.

Order cost increased 25% and portions decreased in size. On a seafood basket I had young chap open and really you could count the number of chips on 10 fingers. Asked why the increase in price and decrease in size. Obviously no answer Told him last time they would see me.

Didn’t get to eat anything. I have a seafood allergy and they mixed everything in one box instead of separating it like everywhere else. Just moved around the corner from this store and won’t be using again.

This fish and chip shop used to be good, not anymore. Tonights dinner, cost over $10 more than last year price for dinner for 2, was not nice at all. Very overcooked, was told 20 minutes but it was ready before we got there to pick it up, fish was dry, potato scallops were chewy, the lemon slices were slimy and i asked for chicken salt and didnt even get that...very disappointing...

Delicious crispy chips, fish was a little over cooked and a little too much pepper seasoning but otherwise delicious. Yummy prawns and calamari, a very nice lunch

Hook'd Fish and Chips
We used to like it alot but recently standards seemed to have dropped drastically. For starters, ordered basket for 2, check out the size of the grilled hoki. It was a joke. The rest were okay but the scallops have some weird tangy taste to it unlike in the past. It was rather disappointing, hopefully it gets better the next time round if we are even going back again.

I phoned in order when I arrived I waited 30 minutes then was told my order had not been put out the back. Waited another 10 minutes. The food is always great so didn’t mind waiting. Would have been 5 star if it was on time, was given a voucher.

Jane is lovely and the food is always great! Very prompt on service. I would recommend this as the best fish and chips in morayfield!

Hook'd Fish and Chips
Ordered through Menulog and received the delivery hour and half later with almost half of the order not included. The poor delivery driver said they had waited at the shop for an hour for the food to be cooked and that the shop refused to cancel the order. I’m currently waiting for Menulog to get back to me about a refund. The food we got tasted great but with terrible service like this I won’t be buying from here again. Please just cancel the order if you cannot complete it in a timely manner or COMPLETE it at all.

Hook'd Fish and Chips
Just ABSOLUTELY Terrible, not only did I not get my salad I order and paid for, after beening told by the staff they had it, when I finally got my order after waiting more the 40min the staff told me they had No seafood salad. Then my fish was drowning in salt after I ask for NO salt. Just Pathetic!! Not worth the time and money!!
