Very efficient - our car actually arrived early. Jake took care of us very well and explained the operation of the vehicle well. Important for a plug in hybrid which was a learning experience. Also the explanation of the features of a modern high tech car was appreciated

The FIVE month delay in delivery was unexpected.BUT the agent at Gold Coast MINI was outstanding, and they did appologise by giving us free" window tinting.AND they gave my wife a huge bouquet of flowers when we eventually collected the MINI on her birthday."

Beware .... we were in negotiations for three weeks only to be informed today that the car we were interested in had been sold. Last offer was accepted by salesperson (included in the sale was a donation to the fire relief fund). He failed to call us as promised to arrange deposit. Terrible lack of communication. Will not be returning to this dealership.

Best purchasing experience I' have had. I've never been one for writing reviews and never really felt a need to with most purchases.
