Popped in today to get a replacement skylight dome. It was 30 minutes after closing but the guys opened the door for me. Great service, price, product and handy advice on the steps involved in replacing it. Highly recommend.

My 86 year old mother had damage to skylight due to hail causing the kitchen to flood. Tried several Skylight companies but none would come out for 3 to 4 weeks. Contacted Daylight Skylights and explained the situation. Although they were extremely busy they said they would get someone out to assess the issue. I received a phone call back shortly after stating some one would call past in about an hour or so. About 45 minutes later Daniel arrived and covered the damaged skylight and quoted a replacement skylight and said that he would try and have it done in a few days. The following day Daniel contacted my mother and said he would install the new skylight this morning.Daniel provided exceptional customer service and did an excellent job at a very reasonable price.10/10 for service. Had David come out and install a replacement skylight, he was on time and did the job quickly and professionally, he was able to incorporate an existing down-light hole alleviating the need for a plaster repair. Fantastic service, easy to deal with and a great product! Very happy! Sue

Certainly they were affordable but that’s not always the best. Daniel installed a skylight in the wrong spot in our laundry (in a spot we told him cupboards were being installed) and we had to pay to have the plasterer come back to patch over the hole, which was more than the cost of the skylight. We were completelyshocked he didn’t ask us where it was supposed to go if he had forgotten.At the same time the wrong sized skylight was installed in our kitchen which we only found out later when our builder came to box it in. We had to organise another builder for a second opinion, both qualified carpenters told us the skylight wouldn’t be possible without totally changing our supporting beams.Darren the business owner was firstly in denial about the issues raised as Daniel insisted the beam blocking part of the kitchen skylight could just be cut.After dogged follow up at my end, he eventually referred to a totally separate skylight company to complete the job as it should have been done originally! This took 9 months to be fixed, and only after I tried to reverse the funds with our bank.

Needed the domes on 2 Skylights replaced, Darren came on time, was very professional, polite and went over and above what I expected. Competively priced. Highly recommend.
