Letter sent from Alexandra Post Office dated 11th of October. Extra was paid for quicker delivery but letter wasn't recieved until today the 25th of October . From Alexandra to Mernda Vic how is it possible to take 2 weeks

More experienced/ professional staff needed. The trainee who has been there for some time I am informed does not seem confident or positive about her work. She needs to move on!
