I have been a loyal customer for many years and the service I have received with my last order is disgusting! My order was cancelled without any notification via email and when I tried to email them to ask them to call me they have ignore my request and responded via email. I have emailed about 5 times since asking for a phone call and no response. Do not order from here. Customer service is at an all time low!

If I could give this company a 0 I would.Ordered a personalised soccer ball on the 24th of November for a Christmas gift. I am still waiting to receive the ball, the delivery date keeps changing!!!Absolutely disgusting service, I am unsure how this company is still running.I have just read all the reviews and it is appalling that they dont have any satisfied customers (I wish I had of done my research before buying).STAY AWAY, do not buy from this company who clearly has no customer focus at all!!!

Ordered an item with initials to be embossed on it.So awful, I could t even give it as a gift as the initials were crooked and looked like the font a child would have drawn.Complete waste of money and they only offered half a refund of what I lid and said they could not replace.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!Cheap, tacky quality.

I have placed a order 22 days ago on the 8th of November, it said it would be arriving between 20-22 of November, I emailed last week and they said it will dispatch by the 23rd of November emailed again today and they said oh it will dispatch in a week, even though that's what I got told last week. I ordered early as I needed the order for a present on the 24th of November and I am still waiting for item to dispatch, very unhappy with the service and will definitely not be ordering again!

I ordered a personalized rugby ball 3 weeks ago for my sons birthday, haven't received any updates or tracking information. No phone number to call or email response. Very Frustrating and unprofessional! never again, definitely a scam!

1 star is being Very generous. If i could give 0 stars i would.I ordered 2 items almost 5 weeks ago. Website said 2 working days to ship.. plus 9 days postage delays..my items still havent been shipped.... every time i get in touch i am told we are sorry there are dispatch delays... i was told there would be an investigation as to why and an update on when my item would arrive.... only to now have it cancelled aparently at my request. Which was absolutely not the case! I have now waited 5 weeks and 1 week before xmas i now have to sourse another gift. Absolutely shocking service and am sad to say i will not be shopping again.I have shopped with you previously with no issue so this has time definitely left a sour taste .The best thing you can do now is refund my money asap without further delay and do the right thing!

I'd give zero star if I could. Ordered gifts a month in advance for my partners first father's day and they haven't arrived--yesterday was fathers day. I've called three times now and each time my order is waiting to be despatched. I've demanded a refund and they won't process it, they just say call back in a few days. Absolutely ridiculous. I have never had so many problems dealing with a website order in my life! I should have just ordered from China it would have been here weeks ago. Absolutely USELESS. I'll be contacting the consumer ombudsman this week to get my money back.

I have ordered on the 3 December and still waiting no replies to any queries except computer generated which send you around in circles. Very bad customer support as you cannot contact them by phone, as for the courier company Fast Track they are the same very hard to get a human response only computer generated emails telling you the same rubbish with no different answer to your query. I am the same have ordered mine for Christmas presents and obviously will not receive them before. Very very rude and don't care less attitude, should not be operating if you cannot deliver what you promise as a delivery date.Will tell my family and friends not to deal with either company, disgusting service.

Have been waiting two weeks for an order that was supposed to be 7 days. Have messaged customer contact multiple times with no response. Finally got through to calling after a half hour on hold and was told that ‘your package hasnt been made yet and will be shipped out at some point early next week’ so it will now be at least another week. Despite the ‘order’ page showing that my order had been shipped on the 6th .. not happy with this company and their service and would never use again

I ordered pencils for school on th 7th january 2020 still waiting. I have contacted them numerous times via email yet are not able to answer when i might receive my order. I was first given the excuse of the warehouse has moved we are starting to get through the bacl log. The next excuse the machine broke down. Im thinking the company has been taken over by new owners who do not have a clue in customer service or the running of a business. Quick to take your money and continue to try to push sales when they clearly are not able to cope with orders already placed. Terrible customer service, ridiculous waiting times without any correspondence, nothing but excuses. I will definately never use them again and i do not recommend them to anyone else. Sadly an australian based company that takes lonfer to deliver your order then china. Absolutely disgusting poorly managed. A suggestion close your doors after all the complaints your sure to be out of business in the near future.plaese stop advertising and catch up what you need to!
