Mister Minit Robina Town Centre

Normally I dont review but I feel I need to. I called ahead to get a quote on fixing a remote key for a car I recently purchased. It was meant to cost me $320 to replace. Upon arriving at Mister Mint at Robina town centre, he stopped working on the keys he was cutting immediately. I explained the situation, he opened the key and idenitified the problem within a minute. The battery was 1 or 2 mm to small in thickness.Talk about knowing your product. He switched batteries and within 5 minutes he fixed the problem.Now that sounds great but, he didnt charge me a cent. Not even for the new battery.It is extremely rare these days to have someone so honest and helpful. He could have let me buy a complete new key remote.So I hope, from this review that people of the Gold Coast support this Mister Mint owner at Robina Town Centre. I live on Tamborine Mountain but will always travel to Robina from now on to support him. We need more humans in this world like him.If I could give 10 out of 5 stars, I would.

The team at Robina were fantastic. I came in for a flip car key upgrade as the key I had was in need of replacing. The team looked after me professionally and sorted all of the issues with reprogramming the new key to my car. They went above and beyond, if you need anything sorted the team at Robina will solve it and look after you

Sammy at Mister Minit was a pleasure to deal with. I was trying to track down my watch which was left for repairs. Although, Sammy only started yesterday she went above and beyond to assist me with locating the watch at another repairer in the centre. Thanks Sammy, I'll be trusting you with my watch from now on.
