Took my CX5 back from service centre and noted cracks on control arm bushings. Went to Pedders and was able to fit me in the next day, awesome service and reasonable price! Highly recommended.

Today i dropped my Mazda cx5 for rear brake pad replacement, I provided them, they charged me $220 for only replacing, i said ok , but they were holding my car for 50 minutes extra without any reason, just need to put the tyre back on , that’s it, wasting my time alot , when i asked him , he said , workers are on break but all of them working are there on i seen. Very happy with the service from Pedders Belconnen today. I've heard that Pedders in general has a reputation for telling you everything is broken and needs expensive fixes but my experience was the opposite of this.I rang yesterday arvo and they booked me in for first thing this morning. Called me within 2hrs having diagnosed the problem, a simple part needs replacing.Unfortunately were unable to provide the part BUT my car is a very rare Japanese import so this was to be expected and I don't hold this against them.

These guy go above & beyond to get you sorted..just ask the guys & they will help u as they did me...great easy blokes to talk to as well..got Subaru shocks done plus rego passed..thank you again guys...

After buying 4 new tyres I took the car in for a wheel alignment at Pedders in Belco 1 day after the new tyres were fitted. 10 Months later I've had to replace the fronts as they are down to the canvas on the inside edge and I'll have to replace the rears in around 5,000kms. All of this was caused by an incorrect wheel alignment as the new wheel alignment has shown that the fronts were towing out and rears towing in and are way out of specification with between 1.7mm to 3.9mm out of spec. This has now cost me over $2,000 for new tyres and alignment, not the mention the extra fuel because the car was crabbing down the road for the last 10 months. I would not recommend Pedders Belconnen, certainly for a wheel alignment, to my worst enemy.

I called Tuesday needing my car to be looked at promptly & Stewart was able to book me on Thursday & that they would need the car for the day. I walked in at 8.30am & was greeted by Stewart immediately, I described to him an issue that was raised by a local tyre shop & advised that I was expecting to replace several parts. He reassured me that he’d investigate the issue & would be in touch. As I walked out of the office, I was surprised to see my car already being driven out to be road tested. 2hrs later I had a txt advising that my car was ready to be picked up. I figured it had been diagnosed & would need further repair. Upon arrival I was greeted by Daniel whom explained to me that they had completed a full check of my suspension system & everything was as it should be. The only thing needing attention was a loose bolt that they tightened. This then fixed the issue I was having and they were able to complete a wheel alignment (to perfection) & had me back on the road for $95. I was shocked that the fix was so simple after previous conversations elsewhere & was so glad to have been treated with such honesty. I will definitely be back & will highly recommend the guys to whom ever asks.

Stuart and his team at Pedders Belconnen gave me a great price for a full suspension lift kit and constant load. Could not be happier with service and workmanship. Would recommend and will use again.

I was looking for a GVM and suspension upgrade for my 2021 BT-50. After talking to a few experts Stewart was the only one who had everything in-stock and would be able to do the upgrade in around a weeks time. He rung me a couple of days early at lunchtime and offered to do the upgrade that afternoon. Around three hours later he called again to say everything was done. Fantastic! The GVM and suspension upgrade has completely changed the vehicles dynamics, even empty it rides far better. Thanks to Stewart and his team at Pedders Belconnen, your work is very much appreciated!

Specifically went in for a suspension check as it's their speciality, and they said all was good. Still didn't feel things were right, so took it to my regular mechanic and they found a strut needed replacing. Clearly not enough investigation.In addition (Jun22), my breaks have always been a little squeaky. I asked my regular mechanic to do a comprehensive check of the brakes, and they identified the brake pads had been installed incorrectly (they couldn't have been installed correctly as they were the wrong ones). They had installed a generic set that clearly did not match the OEM.I do not recommend Pedders.
