FFS delivered my kayak from Sydney to far north QLD 2 days faster the tracking prediction suggested (which was already quick). I got a call from the driver prior to arrival to make sure I was home (delivered on a Saturday) and he was polite, professional and friendly.This is outstanding and should be recognised. If you have large, expensive items that need to be on time then based on my experience you should book these guys.Honestly and genuinely impressed.Thank you.

Steve and Rodney were exceptionally proficient and professional drivers to deliver my bike to me on priority basis. I could understand why the head of the company Craig was a bit upset with me when I message them directly and said that it has been very unprofessional but nobody is telling me where bike is or one would my bike be delivered as I was not receiving any call from the driver. Both the driver's were stuck at the Queensland border awaiting their results and that takes time. I had not received any email with the tracking link.As I had been having conversation with the lady on the front desk I understood got the bike has already reached Hillcrest Warehouse and I was happy to pick it up myself rather than wait for it.I understand that he believes in his drivers and staff and is happy to protect them. But I must say my bike was handle very professionally by both the drivers and it is in good shape and I'm very happy with the service

The business owner creg is rude and arrogant. He needs to go for m*ntal treated. Keeps shouting on the phone even for small things. I pity for his family. Im sure he is rude to them too.A day light robber and a thug. Avoid .

Highly recommend. Great service, prompt delivery and so much care taken with our item. Staff were so friendly and had wonderful communication keeping us up to date with the estimated delivery.

Amazing business to deal with. I was able to organise bike transport with difficult circumstances due to border changes and fly out dates.Over 20 years I have had bikes transported all around the country due to work relocation and would have to say that no other company can compare in all aspects inclusive of price.The standard has been set for all other businesses out there.

FFS Transport delivered my road bike from NSW to Brisbane. Great communication from the office team and the drivers, I was always updated and given lots of notice prior to pickup and delivery. Could also track the job on a map which was helpful. Will definitely use this company again, as they really go out of their way to help.

I have been using FFS Transport to transport my engines between Queensland and other states. They are totally unreliable. They dropped one of my engines on a Sunday when nobody was there. I have complaints from my customers that the drivers are rude. When delivering our exchange engines to us, they don't give us any notice and turn up all hours. Customers have complained that engines have arrived covered in dirt. I complained to the owner tonight and he put the phone down on me. Instead of addressing the issues. If you want your goods delivering on time, with good communication. Look elsewhere. This is the worst company i have ever dealt with. I have had to rate one star. If their was an option for none, id have done that.

The company was so great to deal with and communication was easy. The drivers Tynika and Drew were outstanding and extremely helpful and accommodating!Thanks FFS transport for getting our entire load of gym equipment from Ballarat in Victoria all the way to Cairns!

I have used FFS TRANSPORT a number of times ,picking up items from Queensland and NEW SOUTH WALES and even from SOUTH AUSTRALIA delivering to Melbourne. They have never let me down.Craig runs a good professional team. Totally recommended

My rare bike was delivered to me from South Australia to the Gold Coast on the back of an open trailer. Covered in dirt, grime and dust. It had been rained on who knows how many times in the journey and who knows what grit and dirt had flicked up and hit it from the truck that was towing it. No documentation was checked off before the journey about any damage so who knows if it sustained any damage on its way. Poor communication and the tracking link I was given stopped working. A day late with no phone call or notice given. Absolutely disgraceful
