Terrible haircut, didn't get what I asked for...I asked for a simple layered haircut with curtain bangs. I showed a few reference photos to clarify what I wanted but she only glanced at them from a distance. She seemed to be rushing and I guess I was right since my haircut was done in 15 mins, by far the fastest haircut I've ever received. When her next client arrived she started rushing even more and it made me quite uncomfortable. The layers are fine I guess...but the 'bangs' look like a child cut them while playing with scissors. Overall, a terrible experience, and won't be back.

If there was an option for 0 star, i would definitely give this business. I went for a trim today, i made it clear that i only want a trim as i have a very long hair that i have been maintaining for years and don't want it to be cut short. Then i realised after she finished that she chopped my hair up to my shoulders!! I was beyond shocked and heartbroken. She is clearly very inexperienced, my hair looks horrible now, it's all uneven and very short. I've never experienced such a bad experience. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.

I’ve been coming here for a number of years and although I’ve explored other salons , I keep coming back. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Kat is an expert and does a wonderful job with my hair every time, with helpful advice and care. Great service, great staff! Thanks Kat and team!

I have been using the service for many years exclusively. I left with some good haircuts and some not so good.My latest experience however was well below an acceptable standard. Although prices were recently hiked by a whopping $5.00 (to $30.00), the quality has certainly dropped. The lady who cut my hair seemed disinterested and rushed. Indeed, 6 minutes straight does not do the job and certainly is not worth $30.00. Barbers charge half of that and the service is much more professional and friendly.The only reason I would return as a customer is for convenience, just not enough to retain me as a loyal customer. And the price has become ridiculous!We were all affected by COVID one way or another, but a 20% price hike for a simple men's hair cut is a rip-off.Sorry... And good bye

I absolutely love my hair, it’s got volume and body to it again and also feels much lighter than it did when I walked into the salon. I finally cut my hair after almost 3 years as it’s difficult to find anyone who knows how to work with very thick and dry hair (I’m sorry Kat, but I did warn you hahah!!)I put all my trust in Kat today and boy did she deliver. My hair looks gorgeous now, no more dull and boring hair. I appreciate all of your hard work today. I’m sorry but I will be back! Hahaha.

After going there as I was disappointed with my previous hairdresser i found staff very friendly kat the manger was very precise and professional and actually took an interest into the results I wanted to achieve definitely going back

First time experience. From beginning to end I was warmly greeted and attended to. Shared a few laughs with the lovely girls and my hair looked amazing.
