Very positive experience, we gave full design control to Greg who drew our home suiting the block aspects, elevation and views. Good communication and fast turnaround. Highly recommend to those looking for an architectural finish using the latest building products and design features.

GVD Building Design
We had Greg and his team design the plans for our new house in Idalia. We are really happy with the outcome of the design and look forward to it being built. Greg has been a pleasure to work with, going above and beyond to help us out during the house design process. He has provided professional advice and when you ask him about reasoning behind his design he explains it patiently and it all makes sense.I would highly recommend Greg to anyone and would without a doubt employ Greg again if we were designing another house.

Greg Van Dinter and his team at GVD Designs delivered exactly what I asked for on my new Home Renovations and with no delays or complications. Greg knew exactly what I wanted and designed my new house to my specifications as well as gave advise when I didn't know which way to go. Will go back again for sure.
