Uncle Car Wash
Charged me $54 for a wash and clean inside including wiping down all interior for a single cab Ute which is half the size of a sedan. Once I got out of the dark car park I noticed there was still dirt streaks down both sides of the doors and also multiple places missed inside including the entire center console. Tried to call multiple times the next day but no answer. Definitely will not use again

Absolutely terrible job..when i pointed out the faults i could see in the dark car park, they had a quick attempt to give it a wipe over, but i felt it was a poor attempt to correct the complete failure to wash the car properly, so i asked for a refund but the manager kept to the but we washed it and we are fixing it now" story.....got the car out in to daylight to find that it is a truly terrible job. filthy door jambs

Paid $40 for the inside of my car to be cleaned, not just vacuumed. Even though it said $30 on the board, and even though I told them to leave out the boot (as it is full). They did a vacuum, which I could have done myself, to the same standard for $2. My car interior is still dusty and dirty. I have an obvious coffee spill where my cup holders are, could they not wipe it down using their professional grade equipment? Ontop of that, they’re customer service isn’t all that friendly. Worst car wash experience

These guys scratched our rear bumper that had just been repainted 6months prior. It was under the tailgate, full width across with a cloth that likely had some grit in it. When confronted about it, they immediately denied it and had zero empathy or offer to polish it out. Nothing.Everyone makes mistakes, but with so many car washes out there. Why chance it with this one?

Arrived to get my car at 3:45 to a closed shop. Website says they close at 4. The number they gave me to contact them didn’t work. Had to go to all sorts of lengths to just get my car home and get into my house with my kids because of these clowns. Still don’t have my keys.

If I could give this business a -0 I would. I drove my car in & asked for the basic wash only to be rudely asked why I chose the cheap option & not the deluxe! I haven’t been in years as the last few times they didn’t was my car very well. $45 is not cheap in my opinion & I have never been spoken to so rudely. Why do the offer a basic wash if they think it’s cheap & get angry at the customers for choosing it. I left without a wash.

The car was dusty inside and I offered to pay more to spend more time wiping everything down. There was still dust inside, bug splatter, inside doors were dirty, wheels still had dirt on them, etc. Don’t waste your money.

Bad attitude and customer service. Need to update the signage on pricing. It varies at check out. Not good business practice.Exterior wash was good. Cannot fault them on this aspect.Try to be friendlier to visitors and customers. It will increase your business goodwill; in turn you will be surprised in the dollar results. You have a fantastic location, but your customer service needs to be more welcoming and warmer.

Location is their USP, one bad thing is for client is they always busy. Inside very Popular marketplace in Leichhardt and busy as hell. All men's are very hard-working for sure.
