I loved staying here! Nothing was too hard for the very polite staff, the rooms are clean, well equipped and very comfortable. If you’re lucky enough to get a full water view room you’ll see amazing sunrises. The restaurant food was delicious and daily happy hour made it great value. Top notch customer service and a perfect spot you can’t go wrong!

Large and very quiet hotel, even though it was nearly full. Only stayed 2 night and due to the unseasonably wet and cold weather we eat in at the Espy twice. Small range of options, but we enjoyed all 4 meals which were suprisingly generous portions, certainly didn't have room for desert

Our two bedroom apartment was clean and had everything we needed on our 2 day stay. A bit of a shame that the streaming network wasn’t working but otherwise everything was fine. Next time I’ll book and request an apartment with a view to the pool. The pool and spa were also fabulous.

Best accommodation in town. Bar & Restaurant open 7 days (breakfast, lunch and dinner and happy hour) with good and varied options to suit most). Central to everything. Indoor and outdoor pool, lovely rooms and on-site parking.

The hotel is on the main street and easy to get to as well as walk along from to get to the shops.The rooms are good sized. The apartment we had was on the 1st floor but had a lot of ants on the dining table when we checked in. We wiped the table off but they still came back by the evening.The restaurant has quite a few options and there's happy hour as well. Kitchen closes by 8pm so order early.

We absolutely loved this resort! The location couldn't be better, so close to the lake and sea. The rooms are lovely and very clean..happy hour at the bar was fun and good value...the heated indoor spa and pool was actually warm so great for the cooler weather we experienced. The meals we had were large and really delicious and also very reasonably priced. If we'd tried the food the first night we probably would have eaten there our whole stay! And a big shout out to your very hardworking Donna...efficient and friendly a real asset to your business.

Place was ok, but not sure if I would stay again. We had booked what we assumed ( and was advertised as) an apartment room. However this turned out to be a VERY small room, no table and chair and even without a balcony. The adjoining room ( rooms are numbered then broken down to A and B ) appeared to be more what was advertised. So seems we got the 'servants quarters' for the few nights we stayed. In our arrival, we did call and query our room, only to be told they were fully booked and we would have to pay quite a lot more if we wished to change rooms to something bigger. The tv was not connected to the wifi however we eventually figured out how to fix this. One day of our visit we heard the cleaning staff ( what we imagine to be ) outside or door loudly complaining we had a ' do not disturb' sign in our door - yet we were advised the rooms were not serviced daily. The next day we twice had the door unlock and open, only to be hurriedly shut again. Also parking.... What a complete nightmare. It is a dog eat dog situation.On a positive note though, the shower was nice.

Great stay here that we had here late last year. Family friendly with amenities such as indoor pool that is popular with kids. Apartment size was great. Location was great too at the quieter end at the beginning of the esplanade.The only downside is a king-sized bed which is less than ideal when we had booked for 2 adults and one child. A queen-sized bed or having an additional separate single bed would have been better.

The air conditioning wasn't great as it was quite loud at night.I didn't know that the single bed room shared the same main entrance with the other room which can be used as a double bed room apartment, this is not as comfortable a feeling when living with strangers.Overall it's not a bad choice in lake entertainment.
