Gave false and misleading information, over quoted $400 for a job that will take 5 minutes. The person that quoted either had no idea what he was talking about or is a Rip off

Very helpful staff with a good additude.Great inventory of parts for those who perform their own services and I learn something new every time i speak with them.Having an older Range rover in Australia it can be difficult to find any reliable mechanical info or advise, Tickles has always been happy to help.Their passion for Land Rovers and providing a service is shown by thier guru knowledge, experience and all quotes, cost of parts and time frames being as honest & transparent as posible.

I've been dealing with this small family run business for many years and couldn't be happier with the service. The workmanship has always been of a high standard and at a reasonable price. Advice has always been trustworthy and personable. No need to ever take my Rover to anyone else

The most unprofessional outfit I have ever used. They had my car for nearly 6 weeks to change a fuel pump. They changed a starter motor which wasn't faulty, ended up re-installing after I informed them, there was definitely nothing wrong with the starter, I requested complete new fuel pump/sender unit to be installed which was ignored, then resulting in extended time in their shop, as they had to purchase parts I originally requested, then gave the car back with a flat battery and due to it sitting there for 6 weeks, the battery had to be replaced. Avoid at all cost.

Booked in 4 weeks in advance so I could be guaranteed of getting all work done . I live far away so would have to wait in area for the work to be done. Parts were pre ordered.One job was completed (auto service)with poor feedback as to why it won't drive after being parked on a slight hill. ( not even an idea of oil amount or colour in transmission)Td5 feels like it's running on 4 cylinders but was told that's normal as 5 cylinder vehicles are unbalance.Uuuum...

Arguably the best Land Rover specialists in Perth. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and highly competitive prices. Highly recommend if you own a Landy. I have been a customer for over a decade and have never had any issues with the quality of their work.

My car had just failed its inspection and my regular service centre were fully booked so I called into Tickel’s on the off chance to see what they could do. They managed to fit me in the same day and was nearly $200 cheaper than the other quote for the same repairs. I have to say I was blown away at how helpful they were and I will now be switching to them for all my future servicing and repairs. Thanks guys!

These guys are geniuses! We had an electrical issue that made the car almost undriveable - defaulted to low range, little acceleration, max speed 40km/hr, dashboard lit up like Christmas with so many warning lights.At the dealership for 2 weeks but they couldn't find the fault and suggested replacing engine block at $10K which might (or might not) fix the problem. We were on the verge of taking it to the wreckers when we called Tickel's.They noticed a problem with the alignment of a sensor and explained to (electronic engineer) husband how this could cause the problems we were experiencing. Gave us all the information we needed to decide whether to proceed.Problem fixed for what I thought was a reasonable cost given the amount of work involved. We can now sell a working vehicle rather than scrap it, so these guys have saved us literally thousands of dollars. They know their stuff.

I had a clutch and transfer case completed here, it took them 4 weeks with no communication of the extended period. The quality of workmanship was below the expected standard for a shop with that much 'experience'.I had to return the vehicle for another 2 weeks to fix a transfer case leak - again a time frame which was much longer than should be expected.Other reviews have advised of good customer service and although polite and well mannered, the tone of voice is not what makes good customer service.I am dissapointed with the way my business was treated and do not recommend this shop - although not in a similar location I would recommend traveling a bit further to other landrover specialists.
