The lady I spoke to was so rude and does not offer any help to situation!!!

The main phone number on google does not work. I then found a page with email contact form after filling out my enquiry it would not let me send because the captcha wouldn’t work. I eventually found a general number and when completing the long AVR menu I was put through to a person who made me repeat my query several times and then asked me for several details about me and wouldn’t proceed with my enquiriy until I answered all the questions - I then asked to be put through to someone who could actually help me a she proceeded to give me a number I could call. It shouldn’t be this hard to establicontact with a business- do you want new business or not?
