Good quality product and inexpensive store.

I purchased quite a few internal light sheds and also chandeliers from this store just a light more than 2 years ago. They look nice, good stock and reasonably priced.Light sheds are all good till now (the ones with bulbs). The chandelier that are without bulbs (that works with adapter) started to blink and at one stage stopped working.I’ve got an electrician to check if any problem with the switch. Confirmed no.I went to the store to discuss my options. The lady at the counter asked me to talk to David Zhang (he may be tue owner or electrician).I texted him and explained. His first response was“Sorry,can’t do anything,all out of warranty”I said I don’t want this covered under warranty. All I want s to get an electrician to check what can be done.After 2-4 texts I stopped as he wasn’t responding anymore.So if you purchase anything from this store he assured that there will be no customer service later.Typical Asian store.

Baugh pendant light very expensive and cheap quailty all broken from inside .. don't waste money and buy there .. buy from Bunnings with peace of mind . At least you can return it or refund it .

Good reasonable price

The store is quite large. The staff member serving was very rude to us and gave us filthy looks when we were asking questions about some of the items they were selling. Shame as we need to buy new light fittings for our new home and it felt as if the staff mem6 wanted us to leave.
