I had the most pleasant encounter today with Lynda, one of the consultant from H&R block Mayfield, she was knowledgeable, patient, professional, easy to converse with, and has a really kind and warm personality, it was actually a (6)☆☆☆☆☆☆ service / encounter.It was only for the many years of unclaimed returned that kicked me in the arse, and the total amount of the bill left me a little deflated ( that was purely my fault and not h&r blocks) thank you again Lynda.
