The toilet paper has changed. Not as thick anymore and when it’s pulled off the roll, little pieces of paper end up all over the floor. This is on the plain paper (unpatterned). I think I’ll be trying other brands in future.

Sorrento thick and large tissues are worst packaged tissue on market cannot just take one tissue from box they are interwoven together and multiple amounts come together the biggest waste of money going

Before the COVID Pandemic and The Toilet Rolls Shortage I would only buy Sorbent but now after having no choice and trying other brands I’m not so sure anymore? I’ve had embarrassing finger slippage daily and it doesn’t seem as soft any more? I’ve also noticed that there is now 180 sheets per roll instead of 200 and the rolls are not as tight either? What does SORBENT have to say about this. I’m not impressed!

Always brought sorbent but it is the worst toilet paper now very thin a roll does not last long like it used to I will be buying another brand from now on you have lost me .

Just purchased two boxes of eucalyptus tissues with zero eucalyptus, zero peppermint and zero camphor.Have purchased previously and they have been well fragranced.What's going on Sorbent, was this a pandemic rush job? I'd actually like to get what I paid for.

Sorbent Hypo-allegenic toilet paper. No wonder you are making the double length roll !!! 3 ply is so thin you have to use twice as much so NO l am still changing the roll every few days. And now the hypo-allegenic facial tissues are rough & nasty. Will not be buying either again. Would not have given any stars if l hadn't had to in order to post comment.
