I am an employer who took a reluctant chance on hiring someone who has been unemployed for 6 years under the promise that I would receive a $6,000 subsidy from this Employment Agency. I met my part of the agreement but have not received any subsidy, no return phone calls and everyone has gone quiet from this agecy when I try and make contact. The last chat I had was with Sarah Toivonan at the Warburton office who said that the funding had ran out but that someone would get back to me but nothing has happened. Yet this organisation keeps sending me prospective unemployed people for me to hire. Beware of this unethical organisation. I will be reporting them to the highest authorities until the issue is remedied and an apology is given to me and the staff member concerned for misrepresentation of services.

First phone appointment was meant to be Dec 2020. I took time off work and waited for call. After 1 hour I called to ask why they did not call. Lady told me they did not know but will call back shortly. Heard nothing until March 2021. I advised that I had been waiting 4 months. They advised they had called me repeatedly. I operate a business and I have 3 children. I check every vm because of business and children. I return every missed call. Lady on the phone accused me of lying. I offered a stat Dec and phone records. They never called. Not once in 4 months. I had already enrolled in TAFE course. No help from SR at all. I then had to provide proof that I as doing approved course. Course has been extended due to lockdown. Yesterday I get text stating that I have an appointment with them. I checked the app. Apparently I missed an appointment one week ago. They have my physical address, email address and phone number. But they made no contact about the appointment on the 8th nor did they contact to ask why I did not attend. A week later I get text from DHS about new appointment. Again. Nothing from SR to advise of this until this morning (day of appointment) - if I had not been told by DHS I would have missed this (SR have still only contacted me twice in 7 months....4 months after they missed first appointment and never returned my call and a text this morning advising that due to lockdown they will call instead. But no indication of time. Just 'have your mygov account ready' - so I am supposed to sit here all day waiting for them to call...I could be at work. They have done nothing in 7 months. They are incompetent and literally lied about making contact. God help anyone that actually needs their help. As a business owner I would not hire their rep. Unprofessional, incompetent and utterly useless. Worst job provider I have experienced. Asked around my peers, nothing but negative feedback regarding this disorganised mob. It's essentially a scam imo.
