Space - Yoga On Bray
I have been a student of Tiinas for some time now, as a male with not much flexibility and spending years in construction, the time spent in Tiinas Yin classes have been incredibly peaceful, easy to follow and always ended feeling incredibly content with myself and my practice. Her gentle voice is the fine touch to compliment her gentle practice and presence within the beautiful space.
