We are so glad we made the decision to build our first home with Integrale! It was great to work with such a local company that is part of the community and the communication with the many different members of the team (sales, accounts, design, client support, management, etc.) was phenomenal - transparent, prompt, and always kind and understanding! Being our first build, most of the decisions required and terminology used was new to us, however the entire team there did an excellent job of breaking this down to us in simple terms and were really patient with our back-and-forth questions. There were pretty much no surprises during the entire build process and the build happened exceptionally quickly (despite the ongoing trade and material shortages) without sacrificing on quality - the finishing and overall feel of the house is excellent. Our small family is so happy living in our new home and we would absolutely recommend Integrale to anyone looking for a high-quality local builder with honesty and integrity. We would absolutely build another house with Integrale in the future! And a special thanks to Amy-Lee for the immense amount of support through our house building journey :)

Wow.. what a display home!

We had a fantastic experience with Integrale. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Customer service was exceptional from the whole team from sales to the build, to post build.You feel a part of the family when building with Integrale, and we would use them again without hesitation.

I just want to say a big THANK YOU to the whole team. I know it is a team effort from the start to the end of this journey. I want to also thank you for your honesty when things were not going as they should have and just being proactive and professional to fix and rectify as soon as possible. I always felt I could trust you and that is so important. I am very happy with my house and you all helped me achieve this dream!

I highly highly recommend Integrale Home. We were the new first home buyers and we had absolutely no idea where to start from . So we decided to go and visit North habour display village . We visited few houses in that lot and we were like we actually couldn't find what we are looking for. Then we decided to just go and visit 1 more house and then we will go home . We met Bennet at the integrale display house . He was so polite and friendly , welcome us with his cheerful smile . He allows us to go inside the house and visit . As soon as my husband stepped on the front door step . i could hear him say wow .. and then we went in. we could see straight through as what we wanted . we decided to go ahead with the same display house as our own .Bennet supported us from day 1 with all the information and costings . he also helped in making few changes in the househe gave us lots of different ideas to support in building our first home .he also gave the correct information about the pool deal which they had during that time .we went through color selections with Stacey . She is so experienced with good colour taste . i was so so confused just by looking all the colours and materials at one place.we didn't had any issues or problems with the staffs and work they doThey promised us the hand over date and we got the keys on the same day as promised. it did took 16 weeks to build in .Each week Lorie use to send me updates on my new house and i never felt like i wasn't there .it seems like i was in the house myself when it was building.when i stepped in the house for walk in inspection, i could feel that my dream house has finally be came true .Highly recommended to go and meet the friendly team for your house build.we are loving our pool which was a deal with the new build .

My husband and I had a new house built in Birtinya by Integrale homes, and we cannot praise them enough. The house was finished to the highest finish and on time. We have now been in our new home for 18mths. Many of our neighbour's who built with other builders have had nothing but trouble with ongoing fix ups and problems, but for us we have had nothing go wrong. Many people walking past our house always ask us who built your home? As they say its a beautiful home...The office even contacted us to do a six mth inspection to check the house in detail. The staff are fantastic, big praise to Lorie and Stuart for always going above and beyond to make us feel like customers, not a number. Good old fashion service thats hard to find. We love our house, we love the inclusions.unfortunately this builder doubled the amount of builds during the government grants coupled with 2021 issues. They signed contracts knowing full well they didn’t have the trades to meet contract. 42 week build for 22 week contract (which was 4extra weeks than advertised as they knew they were ‘going to be busy’). Never shortage of materials always about lack of trades.A lot not fixed at handover had to chase them to fix things finally 4 months later. Poor communication, and customer service. Site supervisor is a ‘mate’ of the owner, consistently lying to us. Want someone who is going to be honest, and upfront about the workload, remembers that you’re the customer and doesn’t hide behind a HIA contract, not your guys…especially if they have over committed as they did in 2021-22

Great designs with sensible layouts and still happy to do alterations and adjustments to make the build perfect for you. One of the best sales consultations I have ever experienced. Our consultant at the Integrale display home in Aura, is an absolute rock star! From the moment we met him, he made us feel welcome- not only a salesman but a true professional with a lot of knowledge of the company and his job, no textbook answers! The whole build experience was completely different from our first build with a different builder, chalk and cheese! Our Support Officer at Integrale Homes ensured regular reporting and updates during the build which made us feel at ease, especially during the shortages and delays experienced through 2021/ 22. An entire team that is professional, friendly, patient as well as helpful to their clients. Walk-throughs with our Site supervisor as he explained in detail what has been completed and which works are next. One of the best parts of this build is now that it's complete, we are still looked after and any issues or queries that we have are taken care of almost immediately. In all honesty, from start to finish, there hasn't been a moment through this experience with Integrale Homes where we did not feel uncomfortable or unhappy. We absolutely love our Integrale Home!

Several weeks ago, we got the keys from Integrale Homes for our new house in the north of Brisbane. We were quite anxious and didn’t know much what to expect. We are from interstate and due to closed borders during covid and then the need to go overseas, we only saw the build twice throughout the building process.However when we got the keys, we were quite pleasantly surprised at the level of quality and details the house was finished. Even areas which are not visible were well finished.Of course it wasn’t perfect. There was a lack of communication during the design phase, it was past the contract deadline and there were few other small problems. But due to the government’s builders grants, interstate migration and changes caused by covid, SE QLD has gone through big building boom, so this was somewhat understandable.If you are looking for a large builder with their flashy design studios, glossy brochures and a lot of hidden costs, this might not be your ideal builder. They might have rather modest studio and marketing, but they know how to build well, can offer you a great deal of flexibility and changes to the design. They are OK to use fixtures and fittings you may find yourself. They were able to implement changes even late in the building process and some of them at no extra costs. During pre handover we found a number of problems, mostly small touchups. They fixed 95% of them before handover and informed us which ones they couldn’t fix and would be fixed during the warranty period.We are quite happy and relieved with the finished product and the level of finishes. Even small details like folder with all manuals and info, gift basket and a welcome ribbon were provided after it was completed.If we build again in the future and it’s in the area they operate, we definitely would use them again.Special thanks to Lorie, Bryce, Lisa and Murray.

Integrale Homes made our first build journey an amazing experience, we had a tight budget & we had no idea what to do! But from sales to handover Integrale Homes made our dream home happen.We chose Integrale Homes because of their sales person Naomi she is the real deal no bull & knows her stuff, Naomi designed our home to suit our family of 5 perfect and within budget. We have been living in our home for 5 months now and we are so house proud & love it.Our colour selection was also a fun experience with Stacey, she also is very knowledgeable & her advice is second to none.Our consultant Lori also was amazing & helpful, she went above & beyond to help us no matter how big or small our questions were and loved the weekly updates and photo's.Our build experience was exciting and fun, we were well informed every step of the way. Heath & Alex and all the tradies know there stuff & are very professional in every way.Our overall experience with Integrale Homes was amazing & exciting every step of the way.We have highly recommended Integrale Homes to our family and friends two of which are building with them now.Thank youPaul & Jenn
