IMO Car Wash

Totally agree with another review. They only take credit card payment and will pre charge15 bucks Though They Say you are only charged for the time you actually spent. Once you started you have to either stop it and them pay another 15 bucks. Or you can't stop it at all and got changed for all the time that you are scrubbing things off your car. I usually pay 5 bucks tops for a quick car wash But spent 15 here. Bad!

I was wanting to use the automatic car wash but was turned off by the attitude of the blonde lady. I drove up and said $11, and she replied, ‘please’ (as in telling me that I should say $11 please), I was very disgusted by this type of service. I don’t have to say please if I don’t want to and I wasn’t rude to her, I could say thanks after she takes my money but I would not put up with a merchant telling the customer wha to say, crazy.

I think it is great place to go if you don't mind of washing ur car with tunnel automated wash system. With $9, prewash is provided

Worst car wash ever seen. Normally I use $5 or $6 to wash my car. Here I need more than $10. The pressure is too low. The worse thing is, it only accepts card payment and minimum $5. You need to press the button every 60sec otherwise the water stops. But the time runs continuously.

Terrible self car wash. Card tap only and way overpriced. Normally able to wash my vehicle for less than half what I spent and the soap they use is terrible quality.Go to any other car wash for a better experience.

The self-serviced one used to be a coin car wash and fair price, now they have made it credit card and it just deductes 15 buck no matter. They say they don't but they do. I do exactly the same wash over the years, now it almost doubled.

The middle aged bald white guy is a total a$$hole. Paid for highest paid wash and I simply asked if he could put a cover on my back wiper and he screamed at me “let me do my job!”I’ve been coming here weekly for the past 7 years. U Lost a regular customer.

Went to do a high pressure rinse at the self serve car wash at the Box Hill branch around 8:30pm and had to use my card to prepay 15.50 to be charged $5 for a rinse. Used the third wash area from the left as the first two were not in use and closed off by witches hats.The high pressure rinse was NOT high pressure at all and may as well used my garden hoseWent back next day to speak to someone and the lady was much too busy taking selfies in the office and when told about the issue she was not interested to assist but instead kept saying it was working fine and had no complaints. Well I was probably the first to make a complaint and she was not interested to help even though she said that she runs the whole box hill operation including the self automated areas and not just the assisted car wash area.Emailed to head office in Mentone but no replyWould use and rather drive further to BP on Whitehorse road for a proper rinse

They say they do detailing inside and out. Don't be fooled. They will try and get away with handing you back nothing but a wash and poor vacuum. They did not even clean the inside windows. The mud and dirt left in the photo's provided show what these con men will try and get away with. They stated this was normal". They want your cash but don't want to do the work. They will then argue black and blue with raised voices to justify their shoddy work. A disgraceful operation."

The auto car wash always seems to be closed for maintenance" and not available. Used to be available all the time during business hours."
