Very disappointed to see their Google maps location saying they're open on Sunday 3rd Jan and their road sign saying open 7 days a week" to only drive up to a locked gate with a "closed" sign on it. It's the holiday period and this is the time to be open especially in these COVID times."

Visited today looking for bonsai plants, and or pots. Found myself looking at a private collection by mistake as there didn't appear to be anyone around. Left without any plant or information on a price on a pot... Better off going to Bunnings. Very disappointing range of plants to look at when I was spotted on private property.

Staff have a vast knowledge. Their plants are very healthy and well established.They have no problem in getting plants in for you. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Excellent SERVICE. Plants dispatched on first Monday after placing order. Arrived on Wednesday, perfectly packed, the size as described and pictured on website, some even in flower, and not a leaf damaged. Most impressed.
