Rosebery Massage

First time at Rosebery Asian Massage. Paid upfront for a one hour massage. Fourty-five minutes into the massage a customer walks through the door. The masseuse left the room to greet the customer and said she'd be ten minutes for his massage. Came back in, told me we were all finished because she had another customer and that she'd give me a $5 refund and massage me longer next time.. Very unprofessional. Strong masseuse however not methodical in massage. Did not focus on areas that i highlighted. First and last time customer.

I want to do a 60 mins massage but the lady ask me to choose 45 mins one. However, she only served for 35 minutes and told me it’s over. I guess she has a reservation with another customer. Not recommend.

I have backache problem for years, couldn't sleep. This shop staff used remedial oil , and worked on my back for an hour, and then clean with hot towel, I feel so relaxed after all of this.I will definitely go back.

It's a day later and I'm in more pain than when I started. The massage was quite rough, but I thought that was because I wasn't used to massages. The masseuse did listen when I asked her to use less pressure, but she went in without warming me up properly, and as a result the muscles in my back have started to actively hurt. This isn't normal soreness. It was bad enough to distract me from work, and make me flinch when a coworker put her hand on my shoulder. It feels like a deep bruise, across multiple parts of my back.The site itself didn't have the best soundproofing, and my masseuse walked out on the massage four times to talk to clients in the lobby. She wasn't gone long, only about a minute at a time, but it took away from the experience. She offered me extra time, but we still finished when we were supposed to. I didn't even fill out a new-client form (which included information about health and physical ailments) until after the massage was done. I think all of the receipts use the same provider number, too, which is a red flag.I wouldn't recommend this place.

very unprofessional experience. I made a booking at 3pm for 3.30pm. When I arrived they had no idea I was coming, but wrote my name on a sheet and I was shown to a room. there was no towel on the bed, however I managed to find one on a shelf, the last one. The girl came in and said $65 I said yes. She then advised that people usually pay up front. by this time I was stripped off and lying on the bed. Why didn't she tell me when I was in reception that she wanted payment upfront. Anyway the massage was ok, but nothing special. When it was over I asked for reflexology I was told they don't do that, however it is advertised on their website. Then the girl didn't know how to take payment and how to put it through to the health fund nor how to issue a receipt. she then sent another girl out to give me a hand written receipt but that took some time whilst she read all the previous receipts to figure out what to write, not to mention she had to go somewhere to find out what the date was. Another male customer was shown into the room that I had just left and the towel and sheet had not been changed. I won't be back

appointment time lost in translation - ok I understand the difficulties of English as a second language, it happens (quarter to / quarter past). I am told to come back 45 mins later as they did not want me waiting in the waiting room (don't know why - sounded odd).I return 10 mins early & there is another lady & gent now in the waiting room. The same masseur I saw when I arrived the first time looks at both myself & the other lady waiting & asks ' who called?'. Of course the other lady says she called & I said I also called to book & repeated the phone conversation we had on booking.She says can you come back in another hour.No, I had already waited 45 mins, I can not wait another hour, I have other commitments I must keep. Massage should be a relaxing time - not stressful to just make the app.It was a waste of my time and very unprofessional.So I am now looking again for another masseur close to home... :/ dissappointed just trying to make a basic appointment... it was ridiculous.. write the time, period of service & app name its that simple...

Had a 60 minute massage today have to say it was one of the best massages I have had in a long time highly recommended premises was very clean and quiet! 10/10

I have been going to get massage treatment here for 5 years now . Amazing chillied environment, clean ,quiet so u can really enjoy the quietness . Amazing lady s that provide really great therapeutic massage . And I will stay a regular for many years to come . Big thank u to the staff

I live nearby and this is my regular massage place when I need to relax after a long week. They provide good massage, clean and tidy environment at a reasonable price.
