First they forgot our order, then instead of cooking fresh fries they gave us the cold ones that had been sitting there for five minutes, not that they care.Also wouldn’t hurt to wipe down the tables once a day.

lady at the counter didn't smile once and was clearly tired and unhappy. Fries were cold, had t0 ask to have some fresh fries prepared. a lot of empty tables, but all very dirty!

The dinning room was a disgrace, tables filthy and the bins were over flowing. The floor had clutter all over the place.Missing items from the order, so make sure you check.Staff lacked enthusiasm, I even heard a crew person say - the tension is obvious - absolutely no idea what she is referring too, but one look in the store it is apparent there are issues with management.The store was not overly busy.Toilets needed attention.Grilled chicken was hard and cold.Sadly this is not the worst McDonald's, Eurora Service centre is even worse.

The morning coffee crew is always on point. Never get a bad coffee! Drive-through moves pretty quickly. Boss won't complain if I'm late if I grab him a coffee too haha.

People working here Cleary have dropped out of school, I go past this place many times a year and I have had enough, multiple times takes 15-20 for a drink or a meal. Never once have the got it right… sick of it. Most recent drink wich took 20 mins to get was just filled with ice to the brim, had about 3 sips… disappointed

Took ages with nobody else around. Long haired young employee had his hair hanging loose. Should have been tied back or in a hair net. Even when we questioned the other staff they fobbed it off as a new staff member. It spoke loudly about the lack of leadership within the team. Shape up guys.

Terrible McDonald’s , teenagers working there on their phones and chatting and couldn’t care a less about customers. It was very quiet with hardly Anyone there , and it took 12 mins to order a medium double cheeseburger meal . When I picked up my order I said to the manager how I was disappointed with the service and he just looked at me , said nothing and walked away , terrible management , and for the record I was there 9/3/23.
