Amazing service as usual, racing the weekend and my bottom bracket bearings decided to seize this morning went into H20 and even though they were extremely busy I left it with them and not only have they changed the bearing they gave it a full check over. I will never take my bike anywhere else.

Andy runs a great shop for people that are passionate about cycling. Always super useful service, advice and premium products. Thanks H2O :)

Went in for a replacement wheel rim. The staff member begrudgingly came over to the counter to serve me. With little interest in my business and a terrible attitude he told me the cheapest wheel they sell is $2000. Up your game on customer service and drop the snobbery.

Best bike shop on the Gold Coast... Andy knows his stuff, keeps a small amount of stock but that's why he's still operating.... I really like bontrager components and their current 1000 lumen bike light is awesome! Kids have Trek bikes too and they love them!

Drop in to support local retailers, only to get I can't bother you attitude... I was just after a bike chain , but got a attitude from the owner? Wow.. a simple task but he really couldn't be bothered with the enquiry!I know it's not the most expensive item in the shop... So I came home and purchase online from Sydney...This really annoys me, when you are trying to support local retailers and get attitude!Step up your game or get out!

Popped in today to see Andy could assist me to put my bike together after travelling from overseas and forgetting to pack my tools...Doh! Unfortunately for me Andy was extremely busy but he lent me the tools I needed for me to assemble my bike. When I asked him where to purchase the wrench set I needed he very kindly gave me the set I'd been using. I was so blown away with Andy's generosity and although he was busy he had time to chat. Thank you so much for your great service, all the best with your business, I will definitely recommend your business to others just as it was recommended to me by the MultiSport Gold squad.

Rang up last week and asked about mechanical disc brakes" - got an answer - I won't have your part as "we only deal in high end stuff".Rode past tonight and lone behold 4 bikes "of supposed high-endedness" with mechanical disc brakes.Went elsewhere last week and got what I needed without any snobbery from a shop 10 times bigger and got the part for free - that was service!Seriously dude get off the pipe."

Wanted to support small businesses around me during these dire times and give this store a visit for new shoes and pedals. Owner offered me Shimano PD-R550 for $150 (After discount), I suspected something isn't right because I didn't remember these pedals being this expensive so I looked up the prices online just to make sure and found out the pedals only cost $98 in all stores including 99Bikes.Unfortunately it seems like the owner saw an opportunity to rip me off. After I conforonted him with the prices online he offered to sell the pedals for $100 and install them in my bike. I refused and walked out with only the shoes (Surely after I made sure the shoes price match with other stores).

My husband and I today went into the store to purchase a cruiser bike, they had a great bike in stock which we were offered a discount on straight away (probably as there were a few scratches on it), all was fine, we were standing there thinking about it when the salesman literally walked over and took the bike from us and put it back on display! We were standing there considering purchasing it!He ranted on about 'I will sell it to someone else', 'I don't need fussy customers', 'I'm doing ok financially'. Perhaps there was a miscommunication and he isn't used to people 'thinking' about their purchase, very odd! We were actually going to buy it. To walk over and take a product away from a customer when they are thinking about purchasing it is terrible.Very bizarre encounter, needless to say we left without purchasing the bike.

H2O Cycles is an impeccable store, and Andy is the most accomodating and knowledgeable owner I know. Having purchased 3 Trek bikes and “all” my gear from this shop, the service is awesome, nothing is too much trouble and I will remain a customer for life!!!! Thanks
