Ambience Air - Midland

To add to my below review, I have now received response to my query from Jess at Ambiance Air Midland who has been very helpful to assist me with my issue. Although the support line to not answer my calls and call us back yesterday, Jess has been helpful.I had a great experience with Ambiance Air through quoting and install. Honestly would rate 5 stars. But now that it is installed it has randomly stopped working and their support line provided that you are asked to call to retrieve a code from does not answer your calls even though we called 12 times. Don't know what to do? Paid $11,000 for this unit to be comfortable this summer and now spending the night sweltering. Has this happened to anyone else? How do we fix it if the support line will not answer the phone?

Midland Ambience was an amazing company to deal with from start to finish we could not be happier. So happy Jess sent out Kurt to give us advice along with the quote as we were removing evap system and replacing with reverse cycle. Real down to earth honest customer service happy to answer all of my weird and wonderful questions. Other large name company refused to come to the house as that's not what they do" so thankfully Ambience Air still offers great customer service. Keep it up everyone. From quote to install all done within a week and a top quality job was done. House was vacuumed and swept and all rubbish tidied. Highly recommend using Midland Ambience Air. I'm confident in recommending as I'm sure you will all receive the same great service as I did."

Great for the install, but the couple of times we've had problems since our install they've been very slow to respond. Currently have an issue and have been advised it will be 5 days before they will even get someone to call us back and up to 10 days before someone can come out.Just something to think about if you consider going with this business. 10 days in the middle of summer with no aircon isn't a pleasant experience.

From the initial quotation, through to the awesome installation team (really awesome!!), our experience with Ambience Air Midland was great. We had to have two large units installed but the team of installers they booked for us were brilliant and got it done so quickly and smoothly. Left the site clean (they had to pull out the existing unit too and a split system), explained everything to us and nothing was a drama. Happy to recommend with no hesitations at all.

Had a ducted evap system installed 6 yrs ago. I've just now needed to inspect inside the roof for an unrelated issue and noticed that the installer disconnected a major roof support beam to installed the unit and just left it disconnected.I understand that it was clearly in the way and so i should have been told to organise a carpenter to fix it. I wasn't.Dodgy as. 1/5

I was referred to Ambience Air based on solid customer service. Unfortunately they were not able to assist (only do new installs and mine was an upgrade of controllers) but amazingly helpful with advice on what to do and referred me to several places they thought might be able to assist.

Used Ambiance Air Midland in the past, so asked them to come take a look at a new house we purchased. Explained beforehand that there was a mix of ducted and split systems through the house that needed replacing. Were very unresponsive to my emails trying to arrange a time, and then on the day arrived late (even had reception call to check if he'd rocked up yet). Stood in my front garden and literally asked so what do ya want?" before I took him through to show him the property and existing systems. Two rooms into the house he said he didn't do split systems and that they'd sent the wrong person. Left whilst saying they wouldn't consider installing new systems in the property anyway as the original part of the house looks like it contains asbestos. Was here for all of 3mins and had a really horrible attitude

We have just had a Panasonic ducted airconditioner installed which was supplied and installed by Ambience Air.We had done a fair bit of investigation and received quotations from a number of companies and were so pleased with the unbiased and thorough quote given by Ambience Air.We were given reminders and full information before hand as to what would happen and when and installation team were right on time. The team were very pleasant and thoroughly professional and we were so surprised at how well everything was left after the completion of the work. We would highly recommend Ambience Air and we are also very happy with our choice of system.
