Bonnie and Kershur are a dream! This review is a little late, but I still remember how easy they made finding my dream dress. Not once did I feel like an inconvenience - even when I scheduled another appointment to try my dress on again. The alterations were perfect and I loved that I could practise walking around the shop in my gorgeous gown. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately I couldn't honestly recommend this business after ordering a very expensive Jane Hill gown and the gown not fitting me. My measurements were taken and when I had my first try on I was shocked to find I couldn't breath, I told them I had lost a further 2 kg AFTER my measurements were taken, so how could this have happened? One of the staff replied breathings optional on your wedding day" and just joked her way through my fitting. I left very unsure and phoned back later telling them it was so restricting and uncomfortable. They tried altering it but nothing helped (the dress had no seams so was very hard to do anything with).2 days before the wedding they did something with the beading and I thought I could get away with wearing it. The morning of my wedding it still felt awful to the point my ribcage couldn't expand. My bridesmaid had to come up with a plan and re-designed the back of my dress. She rang the bridal shop to ask them to at least pick up the dress and sew what we had come up with. The owner of the store didn't want too but ended up picking up the dress

I live in Brisbane but decided to visit the Gladstone Bridal Boutique whilst visiting family in Rocky. I'd say this boutique has been the BEST customer service I've had so far, and it had an amazing selection of gowns. I was so happy after I left, and they made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses. They also really made my family feel involved. We all loved the experience, would definitely recommend to others :)

The ladies at GBB were so helpful and easy to work with. Living in Yeppoon I had to travel so they were accommodating with bookings for me. I found my dress on my first visit and I could not recommend the GBB Team more! Wonderful work ladies

Very highly recommend Gladstone Bridal Boutique. Wonderful, efficient, caring, and highly skilled staff. Beautiful store that is fully wheelchair accessible. All requested accessibility accomodations were met and I never once felt rushed or pressured. Really great store.

Gladstone Bridal Boutique helped me choose my perfect wedding dress.I visited 20 bridal shops across two continents, and must have tried on more than 100 dresses, but finally found my dream wedding dress at Gladstone Bridal Boutique.The ladies there were helpful and patient while I was trying the different dresses on. Once I had found my dress, they ordered my size (it fitted like a glove) and then took up the length and made some beautiful lace additions for me. They advised me on my shoes, veil and hair clip, and were really helpful.Gladstone Bridal gave me additional appointments to try on my dress when my parents were visiting, which meant a lot to us.Thank you!
