His name was Andrew and he saved my life...I had a power point that I was constantly inserting into until one day it sparked - and it sparked large. I called Fawcett and organised an electrician to come into my home and they sent... Andrew. He was very well groomed and to be honest a bit of a fox, a silver fox. He was done very quickly and once again I was able to insert into the point. I didn't hesitate handing over the money for a really thorough job. Thank you Andrew I will be calling on you again.

We rang Fawcett Plumbing group and found appointment people very helpfull and plumber rand before arrival and was on time. Ben was very knowledgeable and professional , fixed blocked drain with minimal fuss and reasonable price. Have used them in the past and will recomend and use them again. Thank you .

I left a review here, but thought I would rewrite it based on the lady who took the time out of her day to call us from the office after i wrote my 1st review. I wasn't happy with the $154 call out fee for a non urgent dishwasher installation and the situation around it, but what I do appreciate is after reading my review, she called me to talk about it and she was not rude at all about my review. She just wanted to explain things and apologised for the situation and any confusion. While I want to leave a review so people understand that you WILL be charged the call out fee regardless of whether you go through with the job, the fee covers up to 1/2 an hour. I definitely do appreciate her making that phone call and still wanting to get the job done for us. The company is very lucky to have someone behind them like that.

Very friendly reprising team and prompt service. A very efficient trades person installed the ceiling fans and cleaned up after the job was complete.

We had issues regarding blocked drains and needed help urgently. Fawcett Group responded quickly and clear the blockages. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing and electrical problems.

First time used. Absolutely brilliant. Luke came out at 9.30pm on a night where the rain was close to torrential. Unblocked my drains after spending a while on the phone trying to find the government entry point, which turns out is under my driveway. Very logical. Gave me a discount. And for when it was, a Sunday night in pouring rain, the fee was very reasonable. Very professional and friendly. Thank you Luke.

Very good. The tradesmen were all very professional and did perfect work. I had 3plumbers all together for different jobs. Tom installed a new water heater and it was a work of art. Andy the electrician put new lights at the front of my house, then installed an outside PowerPoint for my new hot water service. I was very happy with all the work they did. Would definitely hire Fawcett's again.
