Life changing. I'm currently going through the pain management program, and it's amazing. Everyone has worked towards making my life better in a supportive environment. You're not alone, you have an entire team behind you, using all their resources and training that they can to help you. There is really nowhere for people with chronic illnesses and chronic to go to for support, and we need more amazing facilities like this.I cannot recommend this amazing team enough. I'm only halfway through and already my life is just so much better. I was in the worst place physically and mentally, with very little options, and these people opened door for me in a supportive manner, not a pushy way. And not generalised rubbish. They work with the individual on a group level. It's amazing.Thank you black Swan and Simone. I'm forever grateful and in your debt

Do not go here if you are looking for a autism diagnosis the pyschologist I saw didn't even know how to test or engage with my child

The dietician I saw for my first visit was wonderful. I think her name is Cheryl as well. She explained things well and was very helpful. I have been trying to follow her advice since she gave me a simple plan and I have been noticing the difference in my blood sugars.

do not waste your time seeing the dietician here, they do not care and their knowledge is based on pamphlets. you really are better off doing reseach youself for a better weight loss plan they really do not care .

Can never get hold of support worker. They give out personal information to other clients so I also have their contact information . Charge for not doing their job. I think this is illegal. Below one star to criminal
