Recent contact with Registry Australia has been varied, however my most recent contact was very good. Client Consultant (Ronelle) was helpful and not dismissive. I rate her response highly. I like the concept of more of a one stop shop should I choose to use other RA services. Good service is worth paying for.

This Company is the biggest scam. Charge you 3 times what it costs to do it yourself in 5 minutes or less. I wouldn’t care except for the amount of spam mail they send is atrocious. Absolute waste of paper. Private entity posing as the government. If you choose to use their service you are a certified halfwit.

Unethical company. I get yearly, offical looking mail spam through the post regarding my business name expiring, even when it it isn't. I obviously don't know where you bought/mined/hacked my information from but PLEASE remove me from you mailing list. You are wasting paper. I am never going to pay a third party provider that is immorally asking for a 125% markup compared to dealing directly with ASIC! $88 as against $199 for 3 year renewal. Are you SERIOUS??
