WOW 12 months on my first maintenance service, I have not had an electricity bill in 12 months and received money back from my electricity provider for being in credit. This has made a big difference to my budget and put value on my house.Thank you Twin Lakes for your local and professional service, it pays to support local.Finally decided to take the plunge and get solar with a local company Twin Lakes Air and Solar....I’m one of the annoying customers that asks a lot of questions, all answered honest and professionally no problems at all they exceeded my expectations and made the process so simply and stress free....Cassie, Dave, Grahame and Jake were so professional and really know there stuff about solar they turned up and time and installation was completed on my nominated date all done and dusted within a day .Twin Lakes took care of everything, my only regret was I didn’t call them sooner and I’m actually nowLooking forward to receiving my electricity bill....great friendly local service...Highly recommend......it pays to support local

Excellent company to deal with, the technicians were fast and efficient,I paid up front for parts and labour quoted, and they refunded the labour not used as there workmen were so quick installing the new Actron fan motor in the ceiling cavity. Highly recommended.

Technician Daniel was very professional. Not only was the work done efficiently but he was also very helpful with advice. After 7 years and regular Twin Lakes our air conditioners are working as new.

We had the Twin Lakes team out to quote on a ducted A/C system at our home. They were polite and prompt and easily the best price.We engaged them to install and they did a fantastic job! They were flexible with their timing to suit our family and were very efficient with the work and cleaned up after themselves.The guys on the day were pleasant and kept us in the loop with what would be happening during the day. The job was done very neatly and in less than a day! We have been super happy with the result! Our home is warm, finally!Thank you to Cassy, Brian and the whole team at Twin Lakes! We needed a new Air Conditioner and called Twin Lakes Air & Solar because we believe in supporting local business's, they are agent for Mitsubishi and that gave us confidence that we were getting the best. The entire process from having a quote, to booking the job, and then to installation ran like clock work all within 3 days - amazing. The friendliness and professionalism of the entire team made this a genuinely dream process. Highly recommended 5 Stars!

Twin Lakes supplied and installed a ducted Mitsubishi air conditioning system for us a few months ago. The end to end experience has been truly outstanding. Bryan took us through the options and made the right recommendation. He was not pushy and came across as a very genuine individual. Installation took place exactly as promised on time.The team of installers were very professional and again completed the work as promised on time. They sent two teams who simultaneously worked on both floors separately. Their experience and commitment was very evident. Some of them had been working for Twin Lakes for years. A good sign by itself.It is not often particularly these days that you find providers who stick to their promises and also exceed expectations in terms of customer service. Twin Lakes does. My neighbor has already bought a system from them and is very happy with the consistent experience that I had.I would recommend them whole heartedly.

I booked in a warranty inspection and was told that it would be a one-hour appointment as the technician had another appointment after my booking time. The technician diagnosed a “possible” problem in about 30 minutes and said he would do some further testing. This apparently lasted another 90 minutes. Twin lakes have not been able to and have refused to explain exactly what testing was completed and I believe that their 2nd appointment was cancelled, and they stretched out the time at my appointment, although no other work was completed. In the end I had another company inspect the system and fix the issue.The person we discussed the booking with was also very rude, passive aggressive, and dismissive.Don’t believe all their fake 5 star google reviews.
