If I could give this company no stars, I would. This is a saga that has spanned over nearly 2 years! we ordered a particular type of stacking stone to match existing that had been purchased through a local supplier from this company. Firstly the company sent the wrong type. After an extended time it was swapped over by the company. Upon inspection it was the right stone but was only backed by rio, making it impossible to lay. We were promised it would be swapped over again. Have made multiple attempts to contact the owner over the last 12 months, without much luck except an excuses because of past lockdowns. Have had no replies even after lockdowns over. It seems we are now stuck with stone we can’t use and have wasted our $$$. Obviously I waited a more than reasonable amount of time before posting a review but we are really unhappy now. Perhaps time to contact consumer affairs.
