Good range of coeliac friendly products

I changed to shopping at IGA about 6 months ago & have been thrilled with my choice.The service has been wonderful and there always seems to be someone on the floor to assist with finding something if needed. I’m particularly impressed with the quality of the meat.However, today I had a bad experience at the checkout.I asked that my milk not be bagged as I put it in the esky in my car.The lady then did not pack anything at all.When I asked that all items except the milk be packed, in the bags I had brought with me she became quite unpleasant, literally tossing some items into a bag and then left the remainder there and began scanning items for the next customer.It has certainly made me rethink my decision to shop there.I make the same request that my milk not be bagged, every week and have never been treated like this at any supermarket.I ‘get it’ that checkout staff can be having a bad day but it should not be at the customers expense.

The shop is very good. The delicatessen in particular is awesome, with a wide selection of goods at great prices.

They always have a smile and friendly attitude, it is also not a problem for them to show you where something is. I have also seen them ask what product brand etc of something and go and get it for elderly or disabled customers

Seems good. Great selection of small goods. Only visited briefly for Deli and newspaper.

Always enjoy coming here, the way the shops displayed, the different array of produce, love there own multigrain bread, fresh fruit and veg, supporting aussie farmers, always prefer them over coles and ww.
