Staff needs better training on how to provide good customer service and better know how to interact with people. Rolling their eyes, sniggering, unfriendly, and annoyed facial expressions (not even saying hello at checkout) is bad customer service.it was close to store closing time, and a few staff on checkout were annoyed at having to put my $400 + grocery items through late.I pick Woolworths now for this reason only. As not an isolated incident.

I like shopping at cokes but sometines shelfs are missing stock, which they obviously cant get. Clean store. Staff friendly and obliging. Need to open more checkouts and not have people waiting for a long time.
