PRO VACATE CLEAN

Horrible, Terrible and DodgyDon't hire this company at any price/quote. Their cleaning service doesn't even deserve one star. Forget about attention to details, they won't even do the basic cleaning.I hired for my end of lease cleaning and I regret my decesion. After they cleaned, real estate agent gave me long list of outstanding items to clean. So, I contacted them to fix those issues to get my bond back. It took multiple calls and texts to get them to revisit the property. After their second visit, real estate agent still found the issue with cleaning which should have been cleaned in the first place.I believe this company should be banned from doing the business and their ABN should be revoked asap. Do not go near this company. I'll lodge official complaint with ACCC against this company for the benefit of other people.

I do not recommend at all.They didn't want to send receipt for the Bond Cleaning" full payment unless I give them a good review. They charged for carpet cleaning and obviously they didn't clean the carpet. They also did not return to complete comments by the realestate agent and I was charged $200 to get them fixed.They cancelled their first appointment and were half an hour late the next day. And their quote was the most expensive."

DO NOT use Pro Vacate Clean! The cleaners were absolutely hopeless. They did not even do a basic clean, let alone a detailed bond clean. They advertise a full service including carpet cleaning & pest control (which in the end they couldn't provide resulting in additional rent being paid by me while I sourced another pest control company). Their carpet machine spewed out filthy, stinky black water all over the carpets. They didn't even pre-treat any stains (standard practice) so any stains that were already there have now been set into the carpet. They arrived with 2 young children (even for the fix up clean) who proceeded to throw food all over the floors. They demand cash (without an invoice/receipt) and then communication is almost impossible ... phones go unanswered as do all other forms of messages so even though they offer a guarantee if your real estate is unhappy it's almost impossible to get them to go back. It took us a week and a half to get them to go back to fix the issues & then the real estate said the fix up clean was even worse than the original (if that was even possible)! They picked the keys up from the real estate office and it took them 3 days to return them! Nearly 3 weeks leter and the real estate now needs to arrange another full bond clean (at my expense). I have asked for a full refund, however have not had any response (as per usual). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Worst business ever. Very untrustworthy. I engaged this company to do bond clean. Paid 450 and then the day of the clean was told the blinds require cleaning and 2x walls. I paid 650 in total and nothing was done. My neighbour inspected property after bond clean as I was away for work. My neighbour explained that the cleaner was not even there for 3 hours and house didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I have tried to contact owner but will not return my calls or text. Real estate agent has now inspected property and stated it is not clean at all. Please people be aware of this man and his company. This is a scam targeting people who expect a service to be provided. I am now following up with ACC and other organisations about getting this company shutdown. Shame on you. Look at all the reviews this company should be ashamed.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!Poor clean, more than half of the jobs that they advised would be done on the quote were not done. The owner has not responded to any follow up calls or texts and promised that they would return within 24 to 48 hours if not satisfied.Will report to OFT.

I had to rely on them as I arranged everything online without reading reviews. Booking was on an agreed value, after seeing the one bedroom unit, the person who visited suggested pest control for the tile floor and charged extra 100 $. After one and half hours, everything was done according to them. When I tried to check, he suggested me not to as they just finished pest control. When my agent complained, it was hard to contact them. They charged money before startingthe job and wanted me to send a screenshot of the bank transfer.In a nutshell very dishonest and unprofessional people, don't rely on them. They don't listen to the client. Only one sided.

DO NOT USE!!! We used this company for my partner to vacate his rental, after a full day of cleaning" and a phone call from Tejinder to inform us we would need to pay an extra $130 for walls and blinds

Tejinder singh, booked a exit clean with these guys , failed to arrive on the day organised a week prior(car troubles).. then on arrival asked for 200 dollars more then the quote because the rooms had blinds and apparent the carpet cleaning they do requires them to not be in the premises for a few hours so they have to do the clean over 2 days. Apon arrival of the house after the clean we were greeted with glass and screws at the entrance. Every light and fan on In the house. Keys left in power box with power box left open. Carpets smelling like wet moss, sticky floors like they hadn't been wiped at all. Kitchen sinks and toilets left un cleaned . Ovens only glass wiped over. 50 of the blinds actually cleaned. Every cupboard top dusty and unattended including walk in robes. Shower screens streaky .When asked to return to the premises to finish the job agreed then failed to arrive even after requesting photos that where sent and told to relax it'll be sorted. Has since not returned over 30 calls and several txt msgs.. this is an extremely unprofessional service you have provided and for 700 dollars for a small 3 bedroom cottage mate is just shameful honestly. You have my bank details to return money you received and invoiced me for .. hopefully it's returned so everyone can put this experience behind us.

Never use this business!!Waste of time and money!!I used them for a deep clean before moving in, as I was wanting it cleaned before my elderly parents moved in. not one thing on the list they provided me with was done and I mean nothing! The carpets were meant to be steam cleaned the carpets looked like a bucket of water was thrown on them which had taken 3 days to try and dry not to mention the dirt, spider webs, windows and windows tracks kitchen, walls and floors all still full of grim, dirt and dust it was a absolute disgrace. In my good trust, I paid them they (requested $400 cash)for the job unfortunately to find out upon inspection the place was no different to when I left it earlier that day.I promptly spoke to them about the lack of work done, only to be told it was to bad you paid the job is done.With 2 days of requesting them to come back to complete the job or my money back, again I was refused.Now I’m trying to do it myself.Money hungryPoor serviceShould not be in business!ACCCACLOFTHave all been informed.

Pro vacate have cleaned a number of properties for me. Carpets, windows etc all done professionally, on time and with minimal disruption.Whole the team are a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again in future.Gavin
