Walked in and got the last room, an extremely friendly owner with a very comfortable bed and hot shower I couldnt ask for a better deal considering everyone else was 50% more on cost.Recommend this as a great little stop-off in reach of all the coffs harbour attractions and surrounding great little beaches

very bad!!!The room is not clean. There are still toilet doors and cabinets that are still bad! The kitchen is outside. All 12 rooms are shared together. Others use it without finishing. Also said that we have to pay all the cleaning fees with us? ? ? The first time I received the money, I was dragged to our bus and I was late. We told the date to go in advance, but asked us a week before we left. Can we move the next day? Because he has a guest to come to our room to live for 5 months? and so? ? ? So where do we want to live? ? Just because we are backpackers, should you let this be treated like this? !

Mother’s Day weekend… Coffs Harbour was booked out, drive on to Woolgoolga.. big mistake. Filthy ,smelly noisy.no hand basin in bathroom. Kitchenette was filthy, stove unusable.

Great service, location and lovely owners. Would come again!

Purely for customer service. We were suppose to stay here, due to floods we couldn't make it. The manager was super super polite and cool about it and our booming conditions said we cancelled to late for a refund but he still gave us one due to the flood. Accommodation aside this is the customer service experience people wish they had every day.

We were meant to stay here on our way back from a couple of weeks in Sydney over Christmas. Hubby, myself, and 2yo daughter. The rooms are a bit old but clean and very comfortable. There's everythinh you need and the beds are comfy. The pool is lovely. But the staff - the staff are spectacular, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed and later that evening when our daughter suddenly decided that she had had enough of being in strange places and just wanted to go home" my hubby went to let the owner know that we'd be checking out that night (she was super distressed and we realised that we were only 3+ hours from home) and he came back to the room with a book and extra biscuits for her. The owner was so apologetic but honestly it was just a little girl's homesickness and certainly not something he was responsible for! His kindness made me want to cry

I don't know if you remember me after reading this comment.About seven to eight years ago, four Koreans (two men and two women) stayed for about a month, but after staying for a long time, you lowered the price of the room.Sometimes I would help you clean up or clean the trash can.I smoked a lot, and you nagged me about this.Sometimes I watched TV together in the lounge where you stayed.I haven't memorized the address properly so far, so it took me a while to find your motel, and I found it now.For you, I may be one of the passers-by guests, but you were a benefactor to me, who was struggling at the time.Looking back on the past, it's new.I'm so happy to say thank you once again.I tried to write with poor English.I'd like to stay again sometime.I am attaching a picture as I hope you remember.

As time goes byeMotel is located on northern approach to town and was welcomed by cheery manager who agreed a special price off the street. Motel was quite spacious neat and tidy though it does look as though maintenance has been a bit overlook. Internal floor was a bit glacial when wet and the fridge failed to cool regardless of what degree we chose.

We stayed at the motor in on our way back home, while the room looked clean, the was run down and just look dirty because of that. Neither the pool nor the BBQ area looked very inviting.The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room with comfortable bed and good shower.The owner and staff are very accommodating and always up for a chin wag.Service such as what you receive here is rare.They even let us check out late.
