Jumping Mad castles and party hire

We hired a jumping castle, face painter and candy floss maker from Jumping Mad, it was for a casual event for work colleagues.The guys at Jumping Mad were so friendly and helpful. Although I booked them, I wasn't present when they set up, and they very efficiently liaised with the property owner and just got on with it. When I arrived the castle was all set up, we were even upgraded to a more robust castle because of threats of wind and rain! The face painter was so sweet, and friendly, the kids loved her, and some adults were convinced to get a face paint too. The candy floss machine was really easy to use, and made tasty clouds of sugar :)They picked up promptly, again without fuss. We paid in cash, and they provided a full invoice.I will definitely approach them again for my party needs. Lovely bunch of people. Thanks so much, your presence really made our party!

Reading the reviews we’ve been lucky enough they brought the jumping castle in. However, due to the uncertain weather we asked for a castle with top cover and they brought one without. They didn’t show up to pick up the jumping castle after the party at the agreed time. They didn’t pick up the phone for 5 days. We only had a text message saying they couldn’t come over to pick it up because of the rain. It didn’t matter the castle was killing my lawn. To get attention, we made up a request on Facebook to hire a castle and they replied in 10 minutes. Once they have the money they don’t care anymore about the customer.

Awesome jumping castle so clean. Great staff members professionally dressed (in uniform). Reliable and communicated well. Confirmed booking with me via email and phone. No fuss no muck around... easy transaction. Thanks again jumping mad! My 2 year old had the best birthday

What an absolute waste of time! They didn't even turn up after confirming. My son was looking forward to a jumping castle for his party. We called on the day several times almost a dozen and no one answered. Left messages and not even a call back. Just a warning to all who are planning to hire them that even If you do email amd they confirm, they will not turn up to your party at all. So forget abou hiring them esp if you are liasing with a person named Pree.

Don't consider it! Very difficult to communicate with, rarely picks up phone (unless you're a new customer) and rarely responds to text message. They unprofessionally cancelled service day before event.Contacted them a month in advance to book the jumping castle, face painter package for a kids party. I had to continually chase them up for confirmation. A week before event, I asked them their policy on raining weather. They did not pick up my phone calls, but eventually texted me to say that there should be no issues with weather. At 3pm the day before the event, I received a text message to advise of cancellation. I tried to call and text to see if face painter could still come, and i have received no response to date. Don't be fooled by their all inclusive package! You'll save yourself so much stress by organising it through different service.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Booked in a jumping castle over 2 weeks in advance and was told it would arrive the day before event. A confirmation text was also sent to him straight after the conversation yet no one showed up. When we finally got a hold of him on the day, he denied the booking so we sent a screenshot of the text as proof. After that we made several attempts to contact but he would not answer our calls. No apology or any acknowledgement of his stuff up was given he just did not show up.Not only are you unreliable and unprofessional, but also a horrible person to do that to someone.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCESBooked months ahead of the party and confirmed three days out. On the day Jumping Mad was uncontactable and unresponsive to messages. Needless to say, this was disappointing on the day of the birthday party.The vendor seems to get kicks from making children sad.Managed to book last minute with Austin Jumping Castles. Recommend them!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We are disgusted in the service that we got. Communication prior wasn’t to bad however come the day prior I had to chase them and then they didn’t even turn up. No calls, no message nothing. Do not use them. Kids will be left heart broken when they think something is coming. Very very annoyed.

Horrible customer service and unprofessional!! Booked a month in advance, on the day of my sons 1st birthday party they called to tell us that they would be running 30min late which we were fine with, annoyed but fine. 5min later they called to tell us that the jumping castle we booked had a tear in it and if we would like a different castle and confirmation would be needed with the boss, they would call back in 10min, we said okay. We never heard back, we tried contacting them and no answer. We wanted this to be a lovely feature for my sons 1st birthday and entertainment for the kids. Very upset with the lack of communication and customer service. DONT BOOK!

So disappointed their communication is beyond poor!! We hired a jumping castle last week and it is still hear ruining my grass. I have tried calling, emailing and texting,It’s pegged into the ground and heavy so not something we can remove ourselves.
