These guys are great! We had an issue with our in-tank fuel filter that was replaced by another mechanic and VPR resolved the issue professionally by engaging the other mechanic and replacing the component. Great job VPR!!!

Honestly it's rare to leave a review for a good experience but the team at vpr went above and beyond and were very honest with price and explained everything, rang me and explained the cost before the work and even came in cheaper then the quote

Absolutely appalling customer service and couldn’t care less about a huge problem they missed in a general service!!! My sister had a service last week which during they have not bothered to drive the car to check for problems. Wheel bearing is near completely stripped and so she messaged them to get it fixed the following week and they quoted her $544 for one bearing and the receptionist said “oh that’s a big problem they missed.” So then when my sister said I’ll be going elsewhere as that is too expensive they say “sorry to hear you feel that way. Thanks for letting us know.” Absolutely disgusting customer service towards “young females,” be careful they will take advantage of you! Do not recommend to anybody.
