Amazing customer service. I made a mistake with my order and was lucky to have called before it had been despatched. Pia had the unwanted sink removed from the truck and processed a refund straight away. Looking forward to my other items arriving.

I called Buildmat several times for advice on their range of sinks. Every query was met with informative and lovely responses. The two sinks I ordered were delivered in a matter of days. When I ordered subsequent sink accessories, they too were delivered in good time. I'm very impressed with the quality, and aesthetics of all the products I ordered. All items are also very easy to clean. I will gladly recommend Buildmat to family and friends who plan renovation work in the future.

Sink is going rusty after a few weeks of use. AVOID! Buildmat say rust is not covered under warranty. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

What a sensational sink and tap, along with the chopping board, colander, and dish rack. This combination sets of the island bench with the under mount look. I did a lot of research and hunting around to find the quality I wanted for my kitchen island bench and was not let down one bit. The brushed gunmetal sink and tap have hit the mark. I highly recommend this company for all your kitchen and bathroom accessories, and they are a locally owned and based company. I will be buying more products in the future for my home renovations.

We purchased a large kitchen sink through Buildmat, but unfortunately the one we chose was too big for our cupboard (our fault) and we needed to return it. We found the staff very helpful and their system easy to understand. Maya single bowl sink.Our expectations were certainly exceeded by the build quality of this sink. The modern brushed stainless finish looks fantastic and the size and depth is perfect for Motorhomes and Caravans. Thanks Buildmat for producing an outstanding product at a very reasonable price.

Edit review: the gold tap which i paid $499 for has broken within 4 weeks of use. The thread on the handle of the tap is way too small and keeps undoing and falls off in your hand, even lock tight does not work because of the tiny little thread to hold it on, i have to say is poor quality and the sink scratches way too easily. That 5stars went down fast.Old review before being installed: Bought a gold sink and matching tap from Buildmat, quality was as good as some of the more expensive brands being sold. 3 mths since purchase we finally have both installed in my new kitchen. Look great.
