The work carried out for me in August by Shane was excellent and he laid the lawn exactly how I wanted it. However, the turf supplied was in a poor state and was severely frost bitten and full of weeds. Because of the state of the turf both Shane and I raised the issue with the supplier Glenview Turf" who refused any assistance. Shane then promised to top dress the lawn to rectify the lack of soil and try to improve the state of the turf. Since then I have left messages for Shane to confirm when he would top dress the lawn. Shane is not responding to these messages
