The experience of buying Chadwick Designs curtains for my unit was good from start to finish. I wanted curtains that, when opened, would not block any of the light coming into my apartment at all. Chadwick Designs was able to install them on a curved track so that I can open the relevant curtains around the corner onto the adjacent walls. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, including at the initial in-store visit. The measurements were accurate, the installer turned up on time, and appeared to be highly proficient. More stars are needed to rate Chadwick Designs. Every step of the journey was looked after by this talented team. I have a small home with different styles and shaped windows, and I was not sure how I was going to make it all work after my recent renovations. Tim walked through my home and advised what he believed would be best for the space. Not only in terms of how it looked, but in the terms of what would be best regarding insulation and the control of light, both coming in and going out of my home. He knows his stuff!Belle's advice regarding the selection of blinds and curtain fabrics was invaluable. The selection process was made remarkably simple thanks to her knowledge. She listened to what I was after, looked at the samples of tiles and paints that I had taken in, and guided me to a very easy decision.Finally I met Rob, when he came to install everything. This young man fits so well into the Chadwick team. He was meticulous. Not only as a person who cares so much about his work, but also just as a friendly and personable man. A delight to have in my home.Overall I cannot recommend them highly enough. My window treatments have taken my renovations to the next level, and I am so happy with the result. Thank you so much.

I found the experience with Chadwick Designs to be amazing and professional. Belle and Sarah were fantastic at helping to pick out the right product (e.g. curtains, blinds, etc.) and the perfect fabrics. Tim did an excellent job in getting the site measurements and providing recommendations on the configurations (e.g. mounting, opening mechanisms, etc..) and also did a bang up job with his team on the installation. Cathy was very helpful too with invoicing.I would highly recommend Chadwick Designs to anyone looking for quality curtain/blind solutions and a hassle-free process that is brought by a honest and knowledgeable team.

I cannot speak highly enough of Chadwick designs. From our very first encounter, waking in without an appointment off the street, we were treated with superior service, attention and quality. Tim and Belle pride themselves on offering the best service and best quality products in the market. While other curtain makers try to channel customers towards easy to install products, Tim and Belle assured us anything was possible and we had beautiful, floor to ceiling, s-fold curtains installed in our apartment. All of Chadwick design staff from installers to customer service assistants are professional and attentive - we even had our installer come back some months later to remove and store our curtains properly while we painted the interior of our home, at no charge and at very short notice. You won't regret getting your window furnishings done by Chadwick!

Based on price, we decided to go with a very well known, long established, local blind and awning company instead of Chadwick designs. BIG MISTAKE! The tracks came apart, came off the roof, gaps between curtains, wands broke, the backing didn’t line up with the sheer … an absolute nightmare. After 12 mths or so we got a refund and went with Chadwick designs. The difference is amazing from the design, the tracks and material. Perfection and with every cent! I can’t recommend Chadwick design more highly.

Chadwick Designs are amazing! We did a fair amount of research and got numerous quotes. Chadwick designs were not the cheapest, nor were they the most expensive. However their professionalism, service and quality products are amazing. Our room looks bigger and much nicer than before. You can see the quality in the tracks, and the fabric. They were also a pleasure to deal with, even during a pandemic. Cant recommend them enough!

Belle, Tim and the team did an absolutely outstanding job on our curtains and blinds. We could not be happier with the result. We spoke with a lot of other curtain suppliers in Canberra before choosing them, and found them to be the best of the bunch by a very long way. The product they have supplied is outstanding, and the installation is flawless - very discrete and neat. A great bunch of people to boot. Would not go anywhere else.

We commissioned Chadwick designs to fit out our new home with blinds and curtains late 2021 and couldn't be happier with the results.Tim was fantastic to deal with, he was able to access our home before handover (and during lockdown) measured up and worked closely with us for the perfect result.
