USA Nails

I think they were quite understaffed on a busy day, but it was the worst mani/pedi I’ve ever had…the water was cold, my nails were painted badly, and I was very disappointed.

absolutely terrible customer service, i had shown a photo of what i wanted and was told that it could be done but right before the nail polish the lady said that she couldn’t do it and that she “didn’t know you wanted it the same as the photo” i looked at my nails when i got home and they were poorly shaped and some were even wonky. no one get your nails done here!

i dunno why the ratings are low on this business but i had a good experience - i left Celline nails in mosman after a very long time with them cos the service was so horrible, I finally got sick of it and left. I had SNS with USA nails a month ago (! not embellishing) and the nails/sns are still here - havent cracked or snapped. When i did my nails at Celines, it would last 10 days max before i had to go back - so yeah.

I had gone to USA nails a few times and had a decent experience but I won’t be returning after my most recent. I was in first at 9am as soon as they opened. They rushed my pedicure in under 20 minutes doing a mediocre job, barely shaping or trimming the cuticals. I asked them to redo it. Then we got onto the painting which was rushed and streaky. I eventually asked the girl to give me the nail polish upon which I did a better job. Terrible and I won’t be returning. No one wants to pay $40 to paint their own nails.

They always take people in and then let you wait for half an hour.I did SNS - do not recommended. Very messy job, with colour all over my fingers. Took 2 days to clean it. If you going out the same day - avoid the place.Uneven colour across the nail and thickness of layers is different too.Every nail is a diffrent shape and non of them as I asked.Not worth your time and money.

acrylics looked great after getting them done but fell off after 3 days.

I have never experienced a worse place in my life if I could give 0 stars I would. Since they changed ownership 4 years ago this place has gone down hill. I showed a photo of the nails I wanted which were super simple but they managed to screw them up completely. When they first started my nails, they left me for 30 mins waiting and I had another appointment after this which I already had informed them of. This meant they had to rush my nails in a short amount of time which lead to my nails being too short, the wrong colour and poor quality. I would try explain what I wanted as they went along and they would completely ignore what I was saying. I didn’t end up getting nail art as they were unable to do it (it was a 2 lined French tip which should have been simple) and showed them other designs and they failed at all of them. Now I have uneven nails that are not what I want at all. I left the salon and paid because I didn’t want to make a scene in the salon but I called them after. When I called them after to ask if I could get them fixed or what they could do they just laughed at me and said I would have to pay for a removal and new set with full price. Now I understand the removal fee but due to the fact they provided me with shocking service, I felt the nails new set should have been free or at least refund my for the set I just got but no the continuation or horrible customer service continued. I also know that all of my friends that go here say I’m they have had the worst service and the only times they have gotten their toes done they all got infections

I did SNS fullset with staff wearing glasses. I’m very satisfied with my nails, it lasted 3 weeks. She does a very good job, will be back

Got acrylics done here, 3 snapped off not even a week later after scratching my leg, opened a packet of chips and running my hand through my hair. Glue was poorly applied and nails all different shapes and sizes. Will not come back here.
