I called Alex at around 8 p.m. on Friday evening and he was here by 8 a.m. the next day! The wasps in our wall haven't made a sound since his visit, so we were quite pleased with the result. Alex was happy to answer all of my questions and had honest pricing. We won't hesitate to call him again if we have any wasp issues in the future.

I spoke to Alex about a Wasp problem that I thought I had at home. He was over within 30 mins and confirmed that there was not a nest on my property. Alex didn't charge me a call out fee. I found Alex to be honest and professional and thank him for his honesty.

I have been using Alex from Northside Pest control for a few years now to keep spiders away. He has always done a great job and I have had no issues with insects since we started using his services. We have a young baby and indoor cat and the products used have never caused any concern. Recently we have been having issues with mice and I did not hesitate to call Alex. He came the very next day and was great. Always patient and thorough, willing to explain the process etc and very friendly. I strongly recommend him and his services. He came on time to our appointment and after explaining his process he got busy ridding my house, garage and shed of the many red backs we had. An exceptional Business man.I called Alex several days ago regarding some rodents I had around the house.We made an appointment for him to come at 9am this morning (Saturday).Alex messaged me the night before to confirm the time and he arrived at exactly the time he said he would. This in itself is rare to see these days.Alex was not only punctual, but very professional and explained to me what he was going to do. He is a very honest and professional person who I would very highly recommend.

Contacted Alex on short notice. Woke up to Ant infestation outside my house and some inside my front two bedrooms after a storm .. Alex was able to come out on short notice and get rid of the ants. Extremely professional and helpful . Thank you so much !
