Lovely beach with a few sandy locations suitable for swimming. Small surf is common. Lots of interesting rocks and rockpools are exposed at low tide. Boat launching off the beach at the southern end. Views across Waratah Bay to Wilsons Promontory

The bay view is excellent, the beach is quite rocky. Kids didn't like the beach as the rocks hurt their feet. We were after rock pools but we couldn't find any good ones. Nothing like the beautiful rock pools in Sorrento

Gorgeous. Rocks, rock pools, gentle waves, lovely sand, the majestic Wilson Prom as a background all combine to make Walkerville very special.

A quiet place to escape the rat race with views across to Wilson's Prom. The kiosk at the caravan park is the sole shop and only opens at the weekend. The beach is very rocky with crystal clear water and very fine sand but a lot of weed floating in the water. It is popular with fishermen who have a boat.
