I was very impressed with the works completed on my vehicle and moreso the premium customer service.Overall it was a great experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful.They replaced my license plate cover which had a crack in it and also touched up a couple scratches free of charge which doesn’t happen with most luxury brand companies as it is usually about making a dollar.It makes the overall experience more personal rather than just transactional.I would definitely recommend Mercedes Benz Auto Body and would use this service again.

Took my SLK in for a windscreen replacement. They did a good job with windscreen, however when I collected the car I noticed a stock number sticker on the rearview mirror which wasn't there before and the wires to the mirror were left exposed. The mirror tinting still works though, and the manager/staff got a overly defensive and said they didn't replace it. However, it was a bad job leaving those wires exposed.

I've had the misfortune of needing replacements parts due to two separate not-at-fault accidents within the span of a couple of months. Both times I came to Mercedes Benz Autobody Melbourne to get my car fixed and both times it's been an absolute pleasure and relatively painless experience. A special mention to Lauren and Travis for great customer service

Tried to get a quote from here as I had used these guys a couple of years ago and they were ok back then. Spoke to a Trevor, most disinterested individual I’ve come across in a customer facing role for a long time. Unhelpful and just plain rude. Wouldn’t recommend based on my latest experience. Taking my car elsewhere for sure.
