The sales team at Sy’s Josh and Jake would have to be the most knowledgeable and helpful I have ever experienced.

Just a quick note to say how happy I was with the Service Dept at Sy’s today. I had new tyres fitted on my Ultra Limited and I was really nervous because I had to have all the front faring etc removed to adjust the steering head.I need not have worried because the job was done perfectly… got the bike back in excellent condition, and the steering shimmy is all gone. They even provided a loan bike to get home and back .Thanks again!

Jake from Sy's is absolutely awesome. I went in to have a look at a new road glide with no intentions of buying one till later in the year but fell in love with the one I road.He wasn't pushy and was conscience in his approachand answer all my questions with diligence.Thanks for making the dream happen.

Just a quick shout out to Josh and Jake for their no bullsh*t approach to me when I was looking at a used Pan America a couple of Saturday's back. Deal was sorted with Josh in about 15mins and a fair price was paid. As the bike was to be delivered to me once the balance was paid, Jake kept me up to date with time frames even on his day off. As I work long hours I don't like to be stuffed around or have my time wasted. I buy on service rather than price, that's why you got my business. After a 200km blast on the bike yesterday you two might need to cough up some license points for me in the not to distant future!Cheers, Tony.

Walked in today with my wife into what I would consider a fairly quiet time since we were the only customers to look at and enquire on a freewheeler. Granted you had none in stock your staff never bothered to say hello or even acknowledge our existence. We wandered around the shop looking at the bikes then hovered at the tri glide near the doors hoping that the staff would break from the mothers meeting they were conducting on the other side of the room. They didn’t so we left.We drove 45mins to get there so maybe next time we’ll drive a little further to Blacktown or frasers to see if their staff are interested in a sale.

Brett down at Sy’s Harley Davison Campbelltown has done an amazing job selling us our first Harley. Very well presented and such a knowledgeable person knowing a product he sells. Highly recommend him and the staff down there.Once again Brett thank you!
