We had Levalex come and put a walkway between a double brick wall and an assortment of other building and electrical jobs around the house. Alexei and Tim were really responsive for our initial quote and any questions we had. They were professional, the quality of the work was excellent and they did an incredible job keeping the place clean while they worked. They were friendly, receptive to extra odd jobs and were happy to provide advice on other projects we had started. We are very happy with their work and will definitely be using them again in the future.

Couple years ago we decided to renovate the ensuite in our house. We chose Levalex and never be sorry for this. The quote was reasonably good and we had an excellent job for this money. All staff of company was very professional, everything done up to date. And when we needed to renovate our big bathroom, we without doubt invited Levalex again. And again, we were happy with the prompt profession job of constructer, electrician, tiler and other members of the company that had been involved in the project. I had renovation of my bathroom. I was very glad to have Levarex for this job. The price was good; all people were very friendly and professional. The renovation done quickly and I did nothave to clean up after them , that is very important for young lady of 91 year old.

We have used Levalex twice now. They extended our lounge room for us a couple of years ago which we are extremely happy with. Last year they rebuilt our garage for us which we are also very happy with the end result. We find Tim and Alexie very approachable and trustworthy. They will explain what they are doing and why. They have been very reasonable with their price. We intend to use them for future jobs should they be available. We highly recommend them.

We decided to renovate our double garage by having the existing two old single manual roller doors removed and central brick pillar demolished to make way for installation of one large single 5.3 metre wide automated B&D Panelift Icon door.We approached Levalex for a quote after finding their website and reading their excellent reviews. Alexei and Tim arrived exactly on time for our first appointment, a great start! They measured up and outlined for us all the steps in the process. We quickly knew they were right for our job.The agreed scope of work started with arranging for the garage door representative (from Best Doors) to come on site to measure up. Levalex then arranged an engineer’s inspection and structural calculations for a new steel beam to strengthen the existing lintel to support our tiled roof and ordered the beam to be made accordingly and delivered on site. They hoisted and fixed the new, very heavy steel beam into place (no mean feat), placed reinforcing timbers in the ceiling space to support the garage door motor, arranged electrical work, made good the eaves after removal of the brick pillar, did required painting, tidy up of site and immediate removal of materials, and then arranged installation of the new garage door. Each and every one of these steps were seamlessly coordinated for us by Levalex, with prompt and friendly communication at all times and readiness to answer any questions we had along the way. We appreciate the quality of work and materials used, their attention to detail, integrity and good humour! We are thrilled with the final result and have no hesitation in recommending Levalex to others.

Levalex are phenomenal builders. They are professional, detailed, reliable and diligent. Our kitchen required renovation after a serious of unfortunate events which caused water and mould damage, then the oven malfunctioned.The entire kitchen area was extended which required engineering and significant work; a wall was removed and rebuilt.Rather than being given a handful of options to choose from, which is what usually happens when you go to a standard kitchen retailer, we were able to choose exactly what we wanted; stone, cabinet colours and style, and handles. The result is a beautiful, quality, forever kitchen.
