Professional and outstanding customer service. You deal with the owner, not just some salesman.There was an issue with the bull bar fitting kit due to a supplier error (I supplied the bull bar, not Raj). Raj proactively sorted it out and kept me informed along the way.I’ll definitely be back for the next lot of upgrades to the Hilux!

I ordered a towbar installation and he insisted I pay a deposit and then couldn’t do the job in the agreed timeframe and wouldn’t get back to me. When I cancelled the job all of a sudden he could do the job. I cancelled the job and then I was charged a restocking fee of $80 for nothing. I had organised the job with a leading competitor they didn’t ask for a deposit, did a great job and were cheaper. Be very careful when doing business with this repairer as they do not disclose hidden charges

They used to be the best many years ago but my recent experience with them shows they extremely lack experience. Took my cruiser there to get the swivel hubs done only to find out the inner hub seal was leaking. Took it back so they replaced it. After a few days it started to leak again, phoned them up and told them about it but they were trying to say there is something more severe. Anyway took it to another mechanic and he said that the seal was knocked out of allignment when the shaft was installed (twice mind you), anyway 2 months later and no leaks. If you value your 4WD take it elsewhere with more experience.

Can’t recommend these boys enough. Have had my Nissan patrol with them 3 times since moving to Sydney, and i can confidently say they are the best mechanics I’ve ever dealt with. Honest and up front and charge fair and reasonable prices for very tidy work. Big thanks to Raj and the team who have just prepped my truck for the move to WA. A+++

Well 4wd specialists so they say. Have a wg Jeep with a 2inch lift that after servicing at another mechanic developed a “death wobble” in the front end. Contacting these specialists was advised over the phone that would prefer not to deal with it, as it could be a number of issues. Would even take the time to look at or try to diagnose the problem…..Their advice, take it back to my mechanic and try everything to sort it out. 4wd specialists….I don’t think so.

The owner Raj and the team of mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Always worth the visit for the next mod to the ranger. Would Highly Recommend them for any 4wd needs !

Got my rhino4x4 bar along with SLX tow bar purchased and installed by the team here. Raj was easy to deal with and was always willing to give his feedback on anything.

Kindly installed a breather to our hilux day before our holiday even though they were busy. Professional job done, and reasonably priced. Will definitely use again

Very poor service. Saving every dollar seems to be the main focus.I went in for new wheels and tyres, while Raj was very polite and had lovely face to face customer service, the organisation and focus was terrible. Raj went through all options and combinations of rims and tyres and was extremely helpful with this part of the process. He gave me a quote and I left a decent deposit, then he said he would order it all that day, gave me an estimated arrival date and said if it came in sooner he would call me, fitment was set at a later date due to my own work hours. I received a call from Raj about a week later saying he was about to place the order (at this point I thought the order had been placed) but the supplier has increased the price of the tyres by around $40 a tyre , Raj said there was nothing he could do. If this was anywhere else, they honour the price you placed a deposit for in the light of customer service, however I ended up canceling the tyres (better price elsewhere) and just had the rims ordered. Once again Raj said he would place the order that day, gave me an estimated arrival date and said he would call if it came in sooner, which he said was very likely. The day before the estimated date I happened to be in the area so I called to see if there was a chance the rims would be in, and Raj told me he had just ordered them that morning. They still arrived by the estimated day however I was still annoyed at the fact he hadn't placed the order when he said he would.After receiving the rims I decided I'd get the new hub covers and wheel nuts to match, I asked if they would be in by the Tuesday and Raj said yes they will definitely be in by Tuesday, and that he would once again call when they came in. I called on Tuesday, 30min before closing and asked if the order had arrived as I had not heard anything from Raj, who told me he would call me as soon as the order arrived and his response was I told you they would be here Tuesday?" Like I was supposed to somehow know exactly what time they came in.After this
