Terrible service during the night. I sick of 7 elevens putting in night windows, they’re seriously be loosing more business than they’re saving with those windows. Dumb broken English Indian was serving me and had absolutely no idea what I wanted. Absolutely frustrating, might as well close the store during night window times because it’s like talk to a brick wall when it comes to the immigrants they put on

Usually Reasonable Service. But Monday 14/01/19 Was A Shemozzle. Trying To Put Fuel In & A Undecipherable Message Came Through The Loudspeaker. Due To The Attendants Heavy Punjabi Accent, I Had NO Idea, What He Was Rabbiting On About. I Attempted To Enter The Shop & He Took A Long Time To Open The Doors. He Said I Needed To Prepay The Fuel. But He Then Didn't Know How To Process The Transaction !! ??. He Said For Me To Put The Fuel In & Then Come Back To Pay ?! I Asked Him To Stop Stuffing Me Around & Just Charge Me For $20 Worth Of Fuel. He Then Didn't Know How To Put Through A Credit Card Transaction !! ?? . Seriously 7/11 Mgt, What Are You Doing Putting On A Completely Unskilled, Untrained, Barely English Speaking Dimwit On The Night Shift, On His Own ?? It Doesn't Make Sense, Unless You WANT To Lose Business.
