Worst customer service, front desk lady is rude, lazy and always on her phone. Never seems to care for her job and honestly doesn’t deserve one.

Left a pick card with operating hr 9am-6pm. Tried to go after work after 5pm several times but was always closed. Until I decided to go before 5pm and finally be there. Asked them why do you put 6pm on the card. The reply was “oh because we have a lot of the old operating hr card but we want to use them up.”. What can I say?Also, they were suppose to deliver my order but I was not home. I have been waiting for my order for awhile and decided to call Nike and track my item. They replied me that the item is with South Broadmeadows post office and tried to deliver. However, there was no picking up card at all!? So how would I know where was the item!?Also, the post office itself is...really...not a clean place.

I like the way they provide their services ,they are helpful and good customer service
